Slowest service ever. Expect to wait a minimum of 30 minutes before getting prescriptions. This is by far the worst location as I have never had this problem with other locations.

Got my vaccination update here. The pharmacist on staff, Rachel, was very nice and informative. However, I have a problem with the way Walgreens is staffing their pharmacies. I noticed this morning when I walked in there was only one tech and one pharmacist. For opening this is a problem. Being understaffed puts more work and stress on those there and can increase dispensing errors. To the higher ups at Walgreens: get your stuff together and make sure your pharmacy is properly staffed! Your greedy shareholders don't need a third gold-plated yacht. Your pharmacist needs at least two opening techs!

Pharmacy is extremely incompetent. Came in on 8/22 and 8/23 to pick up a RX. I called at 1:27 to verify the rx was received. The automated system verifies it was received and said it would be ready for pick by 1:45. When I arrived at 2:22 I was lied to and told that my Rx was not received until 2:16 so I would have to wait. The pharmacist made me aware that their automated system is not their problem and they close down every day for lunch. They told me if I wanted to complain I needed to call a 1800 because it’s not their fault.
While I was in on 8/22 waiting I got to sit for 45 min listening to all the personal conversations the staff was having instead of doing their job. This pharmacy is TERRIBLE. And unprofessional.
When the RX was finally ready (after my wife called and complained to the pharmacist) I guess she knew who I was because they didn’t ask for my name, date of birth or ID. Just handed me the prescription.

THE WORST WALGREENS PHARMACY/PHARMACY TECHS I HAVE EVER BEEN TO IN MY LIFE. Every time there’s a line out the door inside and DONT EVEN TRY TO GO THROUGH THE DRIVE THROUGH…the two girls Samantha and Ariel Estes (I think is what their name tags said)both typing away at the computers chatting while I was standing to be helped. Every time you try to call up there you’re on perpetual hold. Cashier explained they were on lunch but this 8 min hold was after they were back at 2. Terrible customer service and terrible work ethic. Not just this instance but every occasion we need prescriptions.

If I could give negative stars I would. The most disgusting, (roaches chasing you) incompetent store in Alabama. I am shocked that the pharmacist Amy still has her license. The service would be better if non existant because the employees are so rude. Just transfered my entire family to Walmart, hoping to never have to set foot in this store again.

They never seem to carry anything, even the most mundane of prescriptions. They will then cancel your prescription without ever telling you while you're waiting on them to get a shipment in, and then when you call them about why they keep cancelling every single one of you refill requests, they have no idea what you're talking about. Then, if by some miracle they have your prescription, and they don't cancel it for you without ever asking or informing you, they will be slow about actually ringing it up leading to a line of customers taking anywhere from 40 minutes to 2 hours of standing in line. Also, their drive through rarely works, and half the of the staff (at least) are quite rude.

I pass 2 Walgreens just to come to this one only because of the Pharmacy personnel! The pharmacist Amy and the pharmacy techs Melissa and Tanya are so kind and helpful! Would’ve gone some where much closer if not for them!!!

Terrible pharmacy. Do not answer their calls, or keep you on hold for 30 minutes. Always notify last minute that prescription is out of stock. Very chaotic. Terrible management.

Nasty drive through with no window. They use a bank teller bin exactly like they use at the bank for the window. It is the same small size as the banks use. If your medication is large it won't fit inside and you will have to go inside anyway. They do Not clean the drive through, this is very visible.Today they did not have but one window open inside which was the checkout window. Could not drop off prescriptions, had to wait until everyone had been seen at the 'checkout' before could drop off prescriptions. Took prescriptions by there after leaving the ER, they said they wont have them ready until hours later. It was approx 7 hours before they were ready. When we went back to get them, there was a line in the drive through, so went inside where waited approx. 20 mins in line to get medicine.

Let me tell you about Mrs. Candice in pharmacy. She went above and beyond to take care of every issue and concern I had regarding to my medication and health insurance, plus kept me updated through the whole process. Her customer service skills is 10/10 . Recommend using this pharmacy no thanks to Candice being as helpful as she was. Thanks again!!!

Got a text my prescription was ready at 2 o'clock. I showed up at 6:15 to pick it up. I waited 30 minutes in the car line as there were two cars in front of me. When it was finally my turn, l sent in my credit card to pay and 15 minutes later still nothing. I page the pharmacist multiple times to see if she forgot about me and when she finally answers my page, she tells me to be patient because she has a line inside. I'm here and I've already waited this long, so I wait another 5-10 min and finally decided that at this point I need to leave. I've waited over 45 min. l continue to page so she will send me my card back. She finally answered the 5th page and rudly asked me what l wanted. She finally sent me my card back and l left without my medicine. I understand people may be short staffed, but waiting 45 minutes is more than gracious and it's not like they were filling my prescription. It was ready earlier that day. Run from this Walgreens location. Poor management and a complete disregard of your time.
