Now I do not know who is allowing it . What manager . But they need to put their workers in check . The cashier . Had no bra on CLEARLY . And a thin as can be stuck to her jacket . Red jacket . Now that is disgusting and disrespectful . I don't care how small they are PUT ON A BRA . There are men , women and children walking in and out that door all day long . People do not wanna see that unless they are nasty . I'm highly disgusted and disappointed . She does know better and management should be ashamed for letting it happen . You need a work outfit not just whatever .

Discrimination is clearly seen here. They give very bad advice and service. I feel insulted here, insulted in a very serious way. I have never felt insulted like that. They don't disrespect me. I said I ordered that item and please keep it for me. printed out the paperwork and would come back to pay, however they did not do the right thing and when I arrived they even shouted at me that I had a very bad experience at this facility, perhaps the authorities despise it. Poor people like me still spend money to buy things this product but why do they treat me like that?

From the moment I stepped into the store, I was met with egregiously rude behavior from the employees. It was evident that their hostility was specifically directed at me, as other customers were treated with courtesy. The discriminatory treatment I experienced was clearly due to my religious clothing, which is a violation of my rights under consumer protection and anti-discrimination laws.
When I attempted to return an item with a valid receipt, the employees refused to process the return. This refusal was not only poor customer service but a direct act of discrimination. Furthermore, when I asked for the manager's name so I could have customer service send her an email, she deliberately withheld her name, demonstrating a complete lack of accountability and professionalism.
The behavior exhibited by the staff, and particularly by the manager, is not only unacceptable but also unlawful. Discrimination based on appearance and religious attire is strictly prohibited under consumer protection laws and anti-discrimination statutes. The conduct I encountered is a serious breach of these laws and has left me feeling humiliated and disrespected.
Such behavior is inexcusable and warrants immediate disciplinary action, up to and including termination of the manager responsible. I will no longer shop at this store and will advise others to avoid it due to its discriminatory and unethical practices. Immediate action is required to address and rectify this egregious situation to prevent further violations of consumer rights.

The workers that work there they treat the Hispanic bad ....I when to the store today and i was looking at a dress and i had my shopping cart in the hall way and then the workers took it and i had to go ask where my shopping was and they said it was in the way so my question is if someone is shopping where do I need to put my shopping cart at ?

The workers there are very helpful. I made a purchase in November, I forgot an item and for moving reasons, I didn't realize I needed it, I returned to the store after a month to see if we had forgotten it there, and yes, the girl remembered me and they gave me the article.

All the dressing rooms were āclosed see associate.ā I walked to the counter and I said
āExcuse me, would it be possible to get a fitting room opened?ā She replied āWell good morning.ā (aggressive tone) I said āI said good morning (thinking I did) she replied āno you didnāt you said excuse me could you get a fitting roomā I said āokay well Iām sorry good morning can I get a fitting room and she said the other girl will let you in and walked off I shook my head and said under my breath wow really⦠ā¦ā¦..
OKKKN SOOO After shopping I realized I didnāt have my keys when I got to my car, I went back into Ross and ask this same cashier, if someone turned a set of keys in by chance, she said ānoā didnāt look anywhere nor ask any other employees nothing just got back playing on her phone.. after 30 mins of searching the store by myself I asked the same associate id she would please make an announcement if anyone seen them and or to be on look out for them, 20 mins goes by she didnāt make it I asked her again and she didnāt make it along with being rude I asked her to check with the other associates to see if someone had turned them in maybe someone did and another associate just hadnāt communicated it maybe or something.. and she she didnāt she was not helpfulā¦
After an hour of me searching everywhere by myself I found another associate that was stocking and I asked her to please make the announcement i had already asked the up front staff 2 times and they hadnāt please help me and she stopped stocking walked up front and made the announcement, she also helped me look for a few mins. I knew I had searched this whole store, my vehicle, parking lot, and all the buggies so I knew they were there some whereā¦.several associates just watched me search for them by myself distraught for over an hour, itās Christmas Eve.. and not one employee offered or helped me look other than the stocking lady when I asked herā¦.
Another shopper came to me and said she heard the announcement and she wanted to help me search for them. My husband also made it to come helpā¦
1hour and 45mins now of me, her, and my husband all searching we finally give up and as soon as I went to leave ā¦THE SAME ā good morning, unhelpful ,rude associateā says to me ādid you check the buggiesā (knowing she watched me search them like 15 mins prior, I pulled and looked in all them but I just told her yeah I did and she went to the first buggy and said your keys are right here! I am beside her during this discoveryā when she finds them and I couldnāt and didnāt see them to the point I turn around to leave and Iām not sure how she even saw them but she did⦠she pulls them out the buggy and they are there in the front little part and she grabs my keys and she is holding them back from me almost like itās a reward or something and says well merry Christmas u best be glad blah blah.. I grabbed my keys at this point said thank you very much and I just checked all those buggies (twice) and my keys were not in that buggy, she said āno the manager had that buggy this hole time and she just put it thereāā¦.
I didnāt even make it to the parking lot before I realized I didnāt have my keys and from the time I left my buggy to maybe 7 steps out the front door I just canāt evenā¦
I WILL NEVER BE BACK!

Good prices but the check out line was wrapping around the isles and moving very slow so I left without purchasing what I was gonna purchase.
