There were 3 or 4 around the registers with no one in line to checkout yet they still told me I couldn’t try on 2 pairs of pants at 7pm on 1/13. Two hours until they closed and turning people away. Couldn’t buy clothes without trying them on. Lazy.

Very surprised if you take your time and look in the cases by the registers not in the middle of the floor I have found a bottle of Hugo Boss the scent that I paid 50 bucks for 100% legit$40 for a bottle of Versace lhomme last about 10 hours before the scent disappears paid $75 for a bottle of phantom by Paco rabanne 100% legit as well using my phone to scan the cologne bottle it took me straight to Paco rabanne website bought a bottle of dolce & Gabbana The One for Men there as well I believe I paid about 50 bucks I always check Ross out before I go to Ulta beauty

It's a mess. They have a lot of employees who just wonder around doing nothing except playing with their phone. The line was insane and they only had 2 registers out of 6 open. Three employees were doing the same thing. People were leaving as soon as they walked in the store and saw the insane line. The employees weren't being efficient.

We're standing at the jewelry counter and an associate walks up and never offers me any assistance but calls over customers to check out. I have to wait for several customers to be checked out before she helps and then calls someone to help us, so disappointing

Got in store @ 8:30 to hear an announcement we’re closing shortly every 2 minutes that I doubted their working hours and had to re-check!!! Specially when I found out that even the fitting rooms are already closed!!!!!

Might be open 8-12 but fitting rooms are only 11-7:30 so if you work during those times you are screwed.
