i can honestly say I'm so glad this store is gone while they do have a couple cute items their def not very good quality. + every time I can in there I somehow always ended up paying double or ever triple the price of something that was supposedly on sale bc of workers not paying attention. my last visit at the store I was charged for 4 other items that weren't even in my bag

Great customer service and Chaz (I probably misspelled his name) is the greatest!!! He brings great energy to the store and all the other staff proved to be very attentive to all customers’ questions and needs. 10 out of 10!!

I walked in bags on my arm the lady at register glanced up and said welcome in. She automatically assumed o had a return but I was trying to make the purchase of some pink ice perfume. I sat the perfume on the counter and she was still just standing there playing on her phone. So I started to walk out and she mumbled something I asked her what she said and she said she was finna tell me that her register the other register. I told her that, she had ample amount of time to say that but instead she wanted to play on her phone while bags are cutting in my arm and my food is getting cold. Long story short I will never visit this Rue21 ever again‼️‼️

I feel like this a decent place to get clothes. I was glad they have about every size available. They have decent prices and allowed to try on clothes. The store seems clean and we'll organized which also helps for shopping.

WORST rue 21, they are disgusting & rude. They hardly clean up behind themselves or the customers, the staff is rude, and when purchasing clothes you must make sure they don’t smell or have any stains. It’s also one of the worst places to work at, they are very unprofessional. I’d never give them the satisfaction of my money.
