Awful experience with Ruth Chris in Mobile. We were turned away for dress code at this Sub par establishment. Being new to town and having dined at Ruth Chris multiple times in Scottsdale and all around the country, we were shocked. The manager Michael Ross stated that the dress code was outlined on their website, we were well within those parameters. Though our black jeans had a little distressing, my husband was wearing a blazer. This was such an unsettling experience, and has turned us off to this entire chain. The fact that our party was dressed better than the staff, was a complete joke. Our money will be better spent on local establishments and not this bottom of the barrel location.

I was visiting from Nevada and excited to see this restaurant as we have been here in other states. I came with my son and his wife but in jeans blazers and boots on a Tuesday night A person that was leaving came back in and said because we had rips and I in our jeans they asked us to leave. I was willing to spend $500+ for a good dinner and we were not even aloud to get a table. Wow terrible service and very disheartening. Now I will not be going to any Ruth Chris in the future.

Went for my wife's birthday. Have a wonderful experience. Ben was an incredible server, and made our night a little more easy and pleasant. The tomahawk was amazing. The dinnerware was nice and clean, the queens room is excellent for parties. We had a wonderful time and will be back.

I had an amazing experience at Ruth's Chris Steak House in Mobile! The service was top-notch, and the steak was one of the best I've ever had. It's definitely worth a visit if you're craving a great steak in Mobile.

First and foremost to be watched while having dinner is beyond weird. My notification light lit up on my phone and I was reminded of the phone policy . All around didn’t enjoy the environment. my Chicken breast was unseasoned and lacked stuffing. I will travel to Mississippi when I decide to eat there again.

Brought incorrect appetizer, even though it was written down. Gave alcoholic beverage to wrong person; two times. Two Filets were cooked properly, but the other two were overcooked. Server did not check back on temperature. Wine list was on bench, in order to save. It was taken without asking. Half of a Crab Cake was abruptly taken, without asking first. Very disappointing, because they were delicious. Loudly crying infants should not be allowed; in fine dining establishments. A little irksome, because the ambiance was ruined. We were charged for the incorrect appetizer; and had to have the bill corrected. Nothing was offered in exchange for these errors. At this price point, it was an unfortunate experience.

Very nice experience and that's what I go there for , dont go expecting a bargain , go with friends or a special someone, have some wine or whatever and let them serve you for a couple hours. Leave with a smile .

My mother, my wife and myself attempted to have dinner her one evening. We approached the hostess for a table she stated there were no available tables but we could seat ourselves at the bar. We were heading into the bar area and the host stated there maybe an available table in the main dining area and asked us to wait. We watched two couples enter in after us both in denim attire and one in leggings; they were asked if they had reservations stated they did not and were shown to the bar. We were there in denim and leggings as well the host had looked at our attire and did not have an issue with the casual.The hostess then was getting ready to take us to our table and the manager walked out and stated there were no available tables. We stated the hostess found a table and was in the process of seating us, how is there now not an available table? The manager stated that the hostess misunderstood the seating chart; we then said we will just go to the bar and be seated for dinner. The manager said she cannot allow that as we had on denim and athletic wear and then stated the bar was booked until 9pm.Please remember two parties ahead of us were seated at the bar in similar attire and the hostess told us when we first walked in the bar was open seating availability. The manager a heavy set middle aged white woman cam off as not wanting to accommodate black patrons. She contradicted the very statements the hostess had made regarding attire and open bar seating.I am sure Ruth Chris does not want this type of behavior associated with its brand. This woman needs to be addressed regarding her bias and unequal treatment of patrons. I am very disappointed in this exchange and will be writing to corporate as well.

The meal experience and food was exceptional. I have eaten at three other Ruth's Chris restaurants the this one was the best by far. I was discouraged at attempting to book reservations online. All times were booked. Then we got to the restaurant and saw many open tables and even heard of reservations being made (while we were waiting to be seated) for times I had attempted to book.

Our food was delicious and our experience was memorable. We always go to Ruth's on our special occasions and celebrate together. This was our anniversary and our daughter, her husband and their 5-month old baby from Seattle was with us. It was so special. We always get Booth 2 since my daughter was a child and it is a tradition for special occasions. They make it happen for our family every time we visit there. Thank you to Ann for scheduling our booth for us again. The tradition continues.

I had a great time dinning at the restaurant. Service was top notch. Staff was very accommodating and professional. Food was delicious. A great experience for special occasions for an event over dinner.
