My daughter, who is 10, has a pixie cut. The last cut she got from here was terrible. Her bangs were completely uneven. I got my haircut in the same day, also not good. I didn't ask for anything difficult. And I look like Dora the Explorer now, it looks nothing like the photo I gave for reference. Anyways, they charged me full price for my 10 year old's haircut and not the child price. They said this was because my daughter has a "designer cut". I paid willingly, thinking this must be typical in salons. I was spending about 80$ after a tip to get my 10 year old trimmed. I switched to a new salon because of how bad our last hair cuts were and they said it doesn't matter what kind of of cut a child gets, it is always going to be child prices...which is 21$! If you'd like to spend a fortune on bad haircuts, that's up to you. But I suggest going elsewhere, where they don't rip you off at any chance they have.Service: Haircut

If you are a minority this is NOT the hair salon for you! I have never felt so uncomfortable before in my life. Lauren Seals did not try to hold a conversation with me. She barely cut my hair even after I asked her to cut more. Only Blonds are accepted here.

Always a great team with exceptional talent! Each time I fly home to visit I always make the time for an appointment. Even living 9+ hours away Whitney is still the only one i'll let do my highlights. Highly recommend!

I've never been so disappointed with a haircut / styling appointment in my life, and I use to go to Supercuts in grade school... I'm new to the area and ladies this is NOT how your hair is supposed to be treated. I went in for a super basic cut. The stylist (who I believe was the owner) seem to not know I was in her books for the day while waiting 10+ minutes after my scheduled time.I came from a metropolitan with hair salons every 2 blocks, and I've learned about how to keep your hair healthy. The Stylist, Whitney, took a kids Frozen wet brush (not sure if it was even clean) and started brushing my hair at the roots. I have very fine hair that tangles and even I know to start bushing hair at the ends not the roots to detangle. She asked me where my part was, I informed her it was more to the right than the center. She then proceeded to part it like I was going to the 2010 Warped Tour, I couldn't even see out of my right eye there was so much hair. The cut was over within 5 minutes, and you can definitely tell it is a 5-minute cut... she then handed me off to "students" (who were shadowing her) to "double team" my blowout, while she took another client. They had NO idea what they were doing. They didn't even know how to hold a hair dryer or a round brush. I lost so much hair, and it wasn't even dry when I left. I asked to have the stylist double check the cut once it was "dried". Apparently, she couldn't be bother and another stylist came over to fix the blending.... which is not blended at all. I paid and left I had to rewash and style my hair once home.Take aways- I didn't see any licenses on the walls (I was activity looking for them)- Their brushes and combs look like they came from their own homes and are at least 10 years old- Not sure the brushes are even clean. Once they were done with the round brushes, the "students" put them back in the holder- Not worth the ~$70 I spent for the nonblended, choppy, not styled hair cut I received- They don't have time for new clients and should not be training new stylistServices: Hairstyling

The worst place ever!! I was supposed to have a free hair highlighting session for the second time as I was not satisfied with my highlights the first time and my appointment was booked with Whitney Donald. I was told this is going to be my fixing session with no charge but I was literally forced to pay again almost the full amount. I just didn’t want to be ugly since the girl was pregnant and she put her effort into it for hours so I paid out of my empathy. But I highly DO NOT recommend this place at all.

As far as I understand the owner Ashley is amazing, however the stylist Whitney is an awful human being who does not care about people who think differently than her. She does not need to be in a service industry.

Very unfriendly, nasty people! They won’t even provide answers, they just copy and paste replies!
