I happened to see a negative review about SiteOne today, and it made me realize that I’ve never taken the time to share my own experience. We’ve worked with SiteOne for years, and the team—especially Chad, Rick, and Gene—has always gone above and beyond for us. Whether it’s making sure we get the right materials, offering expert advice, or helping us troubleshoot challenges for our own clients, they’ve been an invaluable resource.
It’s easy for a one-time experience to paint an unfair picture, but I can say with confidence that SiteOne has been a consistently reliable and knowledgeable partner for us! We truly appreciate their dedication and look forward to working with them for years to come!

Awful experience. I visited based on the recommendation from my landscape designer to find edging, lighting, and pavers that matched our shared vision. I soon as I walked in I am told I am not allowed to walk around or visit the store. The OLD white man at the front desk was the rudest individual I have met in the landscape industry in my 15 years. Please leave your bad day at home and not shut down a potential costumer.

Rude phone customer service.I ordered a seal kit for my water softener. They told me it would be about a week for delivery. I called three different days attempting to see if the kit had arrived. Each time the same employee answered the phone and rudely informed me he had someone in front of him. There was no offer to call back, transfer me to another employee or any attempt at customer service. The gentleman that originally ordered the kit was very polite, but the person answering the phone was rude. I wanted to ensure the kit was in stock before driving 35 minutes each way to find out it had not arrived.I did a web search and found the seal kit and media that I needed. Sorry Site One, but you just lost a customer.
