Store extremely hot inside. One of the sales ladies likes to keep the heater on. It's almost 80 degrees outside and it's cooler than in the store. I had to leave without buying anything because it was unbearable. Management needs to fix this

Workers just standing at the register talking and laughing. They don't walk around and ask their customers if they're finding everything okay or if they need help reaching above for bigger size. This is the 3rd time I've been at this Sketchers in the past 8 months and each time it's like this. First time my husband and I both bought shoes and the cashier didn't even talk. No hello. How are you? In fact, they don't even say hello when you walk in. Such a shame!

When I arrived, Andrew was busy on a ladder but greeted me immediately. He was extremely professional and helpful with pointing out everything that would meet my needs. As a Lead Bartender, I need shoes that keep me comfortable through multiple 14 hour shifts, and boy did Andrew deliver exactly what I needed! After listening to my needs, and I'm very particular, He got me multiple pairs to try on, and even brought me socks. Honestly, the pair I've been using are but a couple of months old. However, when I walked around in the new ones today, I liked one pair so much that I just couldn't wait to use them at work right away. Thank You Andrew, for easing my foot pain and finding me such an incredible value. As a trainer, I'll be sending every new bartender to Andrew at Skechers!!

Shamar was so helpful to my grandmother today, she stated he help her navigate the store and showed her all the slip on options even though she was being picky he kept a positive attitude and made her feel welcomed.

I took a youngin to buy school shoes I even have a pair on that I bought but the attitude of the employees they have now is outrageously disrespectful and arrogant I started to take the she’s back but the child loved them so I’m keeping them but I’m never going back to that store in mobile and I’m never buying from that store again I’m informing all my family and friends not to go to that particular store ever

Shade. Nikki Sanaa I went to the store so unsure of what I wanted and needed. Nikki spent over a hour super patient helping me until I came to a decision. Shade help with the second pair being real with me in what I said I needed and wanted. I AM GRATEFUL FOR THEM. Great experience. Sanaa made sure my discounts was applied

I Love Skechers as a whole but this location customer service is total trash you walk in no one greets you both of them are to busy occupied by their phones they don't assist nothing and they have no clue about their products the point of working in customer service is to service others that's why I will continue online and this is why AI will be replacing people because no one cares about their customers are giving great service anymore you might as well deal with Robots 👎🏾

The store was nice and clean. Wasn't very happy about the customer service. No one ever came up to me to ask if I needed any help because they were too busy looking at their cellphones.

Large signs claimed that you could “Buy one and get 50% off second pair. When I went to checkout, I was informed that my second pair did not qualify for the discount because of a tag, the size of a shirt button, on the shoe on display said the shoe was exempt for the promotion. Very misleading.
