We were disappointed with Springhill Collision's communication and organizational skills. Inconsistent information from various staff members hindered our experience. Given the lack of customer care, evident in the return of our dirty vehicle, we strongly advise against recommending their services.

Quick, easy, and done right. I had a minor accident with a mailbox and saw they were a part of State Farms repair shops. Dropped it off, told it would take about a week, and it took a week. Detailed the outside and inside before I picked it up. I will go back to them for anything else I need in the future.

Very reliable and dependable place to have work done on your vehicle. I was in an accident on 9-11, leaving right bumper damage to my brand new car. I brought my car in the next day (9-12), and they had it fixed and ready by 9-20. Looks even better than it did before my accident. JR was so wonderful to deal with. He kept me informed on the status of my vehicle throughout the whole week it was there. I can’t thank him enough. Thank ya’ll for making such a bad situation not so bad. I definitely recommend Springhill Collison to anyone needing body work done. They definitely take pride in what they do, and will do a top notch job.

I got in wreck over a month ago. State farm is stalling this company. The damage is over 16k it was wrecked April 13 th .
