I recently visited this store (Springhill Smoke Shop & Vape) and had a fantastic experience. The staff were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, guiding me through their wide selection of products with patience and expertise. Not only did they have everything I was looking for, but they also provided great recommendations based on my preferences.
The store itself was clean and well-organized, making it easy to browse their extensive inventory. I appreciated the welcoming atmosphere and felt comfortable asking questions about different products.
Overall, I highly recommend Springhill Smoke Shop & Vape store to anyone looking for quality smoking accessories and excellent customer service. I'll definitely be returning in the future.

Do not buy your vapes here. This guy sells Chinese knockoffs and told me to my face he passes the cost of any faulty vapes on to customers. I spend several hundred a month on my vape addiction and I've been shopping solely at this place since it's close to my new house. Yes, I'm aware they sell knockoff counterfeit vapes that only last a day or two, and I am also aware how dangerous fake vapes can be. The ingredients are not regulated for human consumption and sometimes these cheap Chinese knockoffs explode, seriously injuring people, marring faces or even causing fires. I got a defective one that was spontaneously hissing and spitting the moment I pulled off the battery cover, overheating like an angry volcano. The owner pointed to "All Sales Final" sign scribbled on poster board and literally said out loud the vendors he works with do not support their products so he shifts the cost of any faulty vapes on to his customers. I said "I'm a regular in your (empty) shop several times a week and you'll lose me if you don't make this right". He shrugged without even turning off the video he was watching and pointed to his sign. I left the fake vape steaming and spitting on his counter because I didn't want it to catch fire in my car.

Really great prices. Clean shop, huge selection/variety of quality items. I paid $12 less for the same 2 vapes here than i paid at Cloud 9. Insane! Will definitely be back to the Springhill Smoke Shop!
