I just came in to get a seat belt replaced on the driver's side. I paid about $290. Nobody likes paying for car repairs, but they need to be done. My Toyota is 12 years old, so I was kind of embarrassed to bring it in, but no one made a big deal about it. I brought it here because I knew the repair would be done right so I would not hear that annoying seat belt warning sound anymore. I was also having a hard time getting my car started, they had the same problem, they called me and told me it was just the battery. They offered to replace it for me, but I opted out because I got a battery from Toyota dealership in California before, and that battery did not last a year. But they saved me a lot of trouble telling me that the battery was bad, I thought it was the alternator. I would bring my car back in the future for another repair. I gave three stars because every auto dealership I ever went to in the past took my car through the car wash real quick. Not this place. They could care less.

Excellent Service Manager, he handle everything. Excellent place you can trust. The entire service and parts dept. Had me in and thoroughly addressed issues.

Springhill Toyota saved me $8,000! Another Toyota told me I had dye put into my Prius's a/c, and I would need the entire a/c replaced to get cold air. They quoted me right under $10,000. We took it to Springhill Toyota and they showed us the internal scans that showed no dye in the a/c. Springhill Toyota fixed my a/c completely for $1,900. Ryan, the assistant service manager, got me a rental car while my Prius was being fixed. Walter, Ryan, and Blake were all top notch individuals to work with. I felt like everything was explained and was handled ethically and honestly. I have drive over Mobile Bay, past Eastern Shore Toyota, to get to Springhill Toyota and I will continue to go to Springhill!

I made a reservation with Springhill Toyota a week and a half ago. When I pick up the vehicle RAVA4 I had so much problem wasn't clean and percentage by one of the workers with disrespectful and very rude? And when I pointed out that the vehicle wasn't clean she said that's public people for you. I drove off and I had to turn all the way back around just to bring the vehicle back to the same place within 35 minutes.. And she still had a attitude towards me my grandchild pointed out some scratches on the passenger side front passionate side and when I pointed out to them they told me that that wasn't there within 35 minutes how in the world can you try to put there a bad scratches cuts there's someone else did and not me or my grandkids this has put a very dislike because when someone make a reservation you should go out your way or present a clean and respectable present to not only me to anyone. She spoke with one of the manager came back and said you can be out of the contract with this vehicle did not presented me with no vehicle at all which is wrong my grandkids whole plans went out the door very very sadly for my grandkids just messed up my whole entire plans ,,why in the world and the manager did even say NO NO GOOD????

bought a car from them in july, two months later in the middle of september the engine failed and nothing we could do. stuck on the side of the interstate for 6 hours waiting to be towed home. turned out there was an engine failure recall from 2018 that wasn't fixed before the car was sold. not able to get it in to see if it can be replaced until december. just bought another car from a different place but they claim there isn't anything to do since now it's been three months. i don't even want to leave one star but only one person was nice enough to even call me back.

My review is specific to the Parts Department. I wanted some blackout Toyota emblem overlays and was pointed to Springhill Toyota from the corporate Toyota site. The prices here were way better than the local Toyota dealers in my area. I called before placing my online order and the employee was nice enough to help confirm the emblems would fit my vehicle. My order shipped and arrived quickly and it was just what I expected. I'd definitely use Springhill Toyota for any future accessory purchases.

This has to do with the Parts Department.I needed parts for my 2009 Toyota Matrix. I knew parts would have to be ordered. Not only did they have them to me quickly, but the price was better than the other Online dealers. Josh was great to deal with and I shall recommend Springhill Toyota to friends in the Toyota club. I suggest you give them a shot.

I can't believe Mr Blunt did this to me! I had an appointment for oil change and after over 1 1/2 hours they had not even started, the promised time limit for completion.It wouldn't have been a problem but I had a dr appointment and needed for them to complete the work in the time they said 1-1.5 hours. This was well communicated prior to appointment so i knew if I needed to cancel and reschedule. They assured me with lies. So 30 min before my dr. appointment I tried to pay so I could have that part done. But no. I need the slip. I told mr. Blunt I needed to leave for my Dr appointment in 15 min. And requested to pay now to save time After 20 min he tells me I'll go get the untouched vehicle. I was late for my Dr appointment. Mr Blunt said I'll only wait 45 min next time for my inconvenience. I was mad.
