Alan at Springhill Toyota was absolutely fabulous. Very professional and kind. I highly recommend him if you are looking for a new or used car. I was not sure what I wanted and he took the time to show me everything I wanted to see and even recommended cars that I wasn’t even thinking of. I actually bought a vehicle he recommended based off of my needs. I appreciate his no pressure approaches and his knowledge. The sales Manager Thomas very professional and polite along with finance staff.

Huge thanks to Tyler Cruse for going above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and got exactly what I wanted — truly a 10/10 sales experience.
Appreciate Ricardy (the General Manager) for stepping in and making things smooth all the way through.
And shout-out to Payton Kiser, the Product & Delivery Specialist — she “offered me a free cargo tray” (okay, not really free, but we had a good laugh about it 😂).

I have purchased three vehicles from Springhill Toyota over the years, and have had an amazing experience each time! I worked with Tyler for our latest purchase and he was wonderful to work with. He went above and beyond for us, was professional, honest, and kept us informed throughout the buying process. James in the finance department is also amazing as I have worked with him for all three purchases.
In addition, their service department is also top notch, as they are our go to Toyota dealer for service on all of our vehicles.
We live in Baldwin County and will make the drive to Springhill Toyota every time!

I am a recent purchaser this week of Toyota Highlander Platium from Springhill Toyota. Salesman Leonard Stratford went overboard to make my purchase so perfect in every way possible. Leonard gave me many cars to choose from and explained the difference between the different models and all the new features and technology in the latest models with no pressure to buy whatsoever!
It was my second Toyota from Springhill Toyota and will not be my last. You can not beat the sale’s expertise and customer service from Leonard.

I finally got my Tundra! This is the 5th car I have bought from Springhill Toyota. I've had a Scion, Yaris and 2 4-Runners, the last being 20 years old. But I have always wanted a Tundra. I needed a bed cover and different running boards AND I was leaving on a cross country trip in 2 days. You delivered! I had my truck that morning, packed it full and was on the road 2 hours later. We put 5500 miles on the truck and had a much safer trip! Thank you!
