Needed to ship our firearms to Alaska. I have never shipped firearms before. The folks at Stone Arms were knowledgeable, incredibly helpful, professional, and so nice. They made this process so much easier. Prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend Stone Arms!

The guys at Stone Arms are great. I went in wanting a suppressor but had no idea how to go about getting one. They walked me through the whole process of using the kiosk and creating the accounts and explained what to expect in regard to what emails and documents to be on the lookout for in the coming days. Overall, it was a great experience and the process was made simple and easy by the knowledgeable staff.

Nice and knowledgeable staff. I’ve done 2 transfers and had them repair a shotgun using their gunsmith. All services have been fast, friendly and best of all affordable. The shop is a bit of a ways away from me, but you can’t beat the service so I’m happy to make the trip.

The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. There is a lot to choose from (brands, guns, optics, lights, silencers, etc.). They built my Glock 43x and Atac Defense ar15.

Jeff (the owner) is the man! He personally took care of me when I wanted to get a suppressor that was out of stock everywhere and went above and beyond to make sure I got it. This guy runs a hell of a business and I would recommend them to any and everyone for their firearm/accessories needs! Wonderful place to do business ?

I came to Stone Arms after ordering 3 guns from another store “that just never came in”. Each time I called the other store to check on the status ( and provided my order information) I was met with confused employees who wanted to blame the store manager while “promising to fix the issue”. However, this happened several times.
This was not the case at Stone Arms. They allowed me to make multiple orders and they were fulfilled within the week. I was kept updated with shipping information and quickly thereafter, fulfillment. The knowledgeable and easy to deal with staff made for simple transactions - so much so that I came with more business immediately after the first few orders.
With a store filled with customers, the staff made time for each person no matter if they were window shopping or picking up.
Looking forward to more business dealings.

First and last time going to this place . The guy with the glass was down right rude. To the customer he was on the phone with and when I was trying to check out, asked if they took Apple Pay and he said no and I literally told him my card was messed up and he would probably have to enter it instead of listening he stuck the card in the reader again I told him he would have to enter it manually because I need a new card. The guy said no it would take him 20 minutes to do that so I left. That guy is why small business fail thank goodness I can get what I was looking for online and cheaper. On the bright side he saved be money.
