  StorageMax on Old Fannin Road was terrific! Needed short term place to store home goods during a move to Madison, MS from Foley, AL. Staff very helpful, facility clean, easy to access. Would recommend to anyone.

  The Storage Max located on Bluebonnet and Burbank is literally the best!! I’ve stored here on two separate occasions and always had such a great experience , especially with Ms. Sharon-Ann! She is AMAZING and super helpful and sweet. The free move in truck carried my entire one bedroom apartment and was a Godsend especially with how expensive it can be to rent a uhaul. If you’re looking for storage, go with Storage Max.

  The staff at Storage Max on Government St. in Mobile are always so helpful and knowledgeable. I rent a storage unit each summer for my child who attends the Alabama School of Mathematics and Science, and Storage Max offers a clean, easy-to-access unit that perfectly meets our needs. I highly recommend them!

  Top tier staff always looking out for you and your needs. Place is very well kept and maintained, by hard working staff. Building has very easy access to storage units with rolling carts to make your life easier. The location of this storage unit also makes it very easy for larger vehicles to maneuver in and out from the facility parking lot without the need to make odd turnarounds. Thank you for being so amazing come rain or shine .

  Everyone knows that a place can be great, but the staff can truly make or break it. Let me tell you — this place has it all. From a great location and convenient access, to a clean facility, an easy sign-up process, and tons of amenities. But honestly, that’s not even the best part. The best part? The employees.
  
  I’ve traveled a lot for work, and Heather has genuinely been the most amazing person to work with and chat with. You’d be hard-pressed to find another storage place where someone like Heather proactively looks out for her tenants’ safety, checks in to make sure you’re okay, and even brings you water when she knows you’re half dying from moving pallets around. Both she and Amanda are always there to help and go above and beyond.
  
  I’m genuinely excited for the next few months here — it’s the first storage unit I’ve had that not only has AC but also feels welcoming and safe for not only all my equipment but personally. Thank you!!

  The manager at this facility, Heather, needs to be recognized. After another difficult military move, she made everything easy, stress-free, and even pleasant, which is saying a lot when you're dealing with moving and storage.

  Rented long term while we sold our house and built a new home. Always clean, any needed maintenance quickly attended to, easy access, safe location, great staff, consistent climate. It was great to be able to conveniently grab what I needed and know my belongings were safe.
