StorageMax University has been absolutely amazing to work with! I live in Illinois and needed storage in Mobile Alabama. Stephanie was responsive and polite every step of the way. She even stayed on the phone to assist me in completing the application, making sure I received exactly what I needed. Finally, I was able to help my daughter move into her storage unit and the units are clean and well maintained.
I am very happy we chose StorageMax:)

Manager is very friendly and helpful. Facility is easy to access and clean. There are plenty of carts available for moving items in/out of units. The hallways are wide enough to easily move things in and out of the units. Overall very pleased with both the facility and service.
