They have a lady how she shouldn't do this job.. she is bad at details and made me an horrible work on my nails I ask some easy and the pictures talk by it self

This is the most disgusting and dirty nail salon I have ever been in. It looks sooo unsanitary. The floor is dirty, there are massive spider webs all over the ceiling, old water in the pedicure bowls (one with a dead fly in it too), multiple sticks in the wax bowl...it was nauseating. Also, when the man went to clean the nail tools all he did was run them under water in the bathroom sink. After seeing all of that, I decided to leave...of course. They need to be shut down!!!!

The business hours on the door say 9:30-5 but no one showed up to open until 10. To add insult to injury, he showed up with a terrible attitude saying that it would be another hour before someone showed up to do my nails.. There were 5 of us waiting when he arrived. Two of the women said that this has happened to them before. I asked the guy what time they opened and he said nonchalantly, "I'm busy sometimes." There are way too many nail salons around to deal with this. We drove up to Nancy's Nails and had a much better experience.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Went in for a French pedi and my cuticles look almost like they did before being serviced. Then the worker asked me to pay before she even finished. I can definitely see why there were barely any customers. I will not be back!!!!

My aunt gave me a gift certificate for a mani and pedi. The pedi was excellent I. I wear gel polish so most shops use a aluminum process to remove the old polish. This location soaked my nails for 40 mins! That's ridiculous manicure was horrible as well. The male told me after I was done there was a 5.00 soak off fee, but don't worry about. The owner demand I paid the 5.00 and was very rude. I visited the shop 10 years ago and this same lady was unprofessional then. I would never ever go there again.
