Me being the jerk that I am I came in Subway 9 minutes before they close expecting to get yelled at. the lady at the register was super nice made my order and didn't complain, her name was Ella. Ella needs to be a Subway trainer her professionalism is extraordinary. Also this is one of the cleanest Subways that I have ever been in, I've lived in eight states, been to a lot of different subways this one looked the cleanest and also smelled the cleanest y'all got something going here let's keep it up.

I just left this location. When I walked in there was three older African American woman. One behind the counter two sitter down having a conversation. Nobody greeted me they just keep with there conversation like I didn’t exist. The one behind the counter left out one of the ladies sitting down got up came behind the counter after no greeting me looked me right in my face in said “what you want?” I said “how you doing” she didn’t replied. I said it again she said “what do you want” this ladies here are very rude the last time these same ladies was rude this one close to my house but for now on I drive out the way to another one. This is SAD got home all the vegetables was old I bought 4 cookies they tasted they they been there forever. The drinks was nasty hasn’t been changed on top of bad customer service the food was horrible I spend over 45 dollars I want my MONEY BACK ????????

3rd time of many making an online order where I had to wait. What's the point? You tip in advance and get to the store and they haven't even started. It's not Subway. It's this location. Different employees so it's apparent to me it's just this location's problem. Never

Placed an order on the app. Waited until the app updated and said my order was ready to head to the store. Pulled up to the drive through window, sat there for 5 minutes, nothing. Finally drove around, parked and went inside. 3 employees appeared on duty, but only 1 was working. The other 2 were on their phones. Told the lady I had an app order, she asked for my name, I told her, it was then she pulled the ticket to start making it. 15 minutes later, I finally have my order. Food was made correctly, and tasted good, however, service was awful.

*Online order* I know the bread I had today had to be a few days old it was so stale and crumbling everywhere. And they want you to tip the sandwich maker she knew that bread was stale. I shouldn't have left a tip for a pickup order anyway. ?

Hands down worst subway experience ever! If the drive thru is going to be a touch screen system for me to put in my own order, you should ensure the workers are completing the orders correctly. I am 100% sure I put my order in right, however I got home with a sandwich that had NO TOPPINGS!! Also tossed a third of my bread because there wasn’t nearly enough meat to cover the entire sandwich. Such a waste of $13!

My name is Erica I constantly visit this restaurant between 3:00 p.m. and closing yesterday I went in the noon time and the two older ladies that were working left my order up I usually get two or more subs they were not listening at all that they were very irate they put the wrong vegetables on my son I'm allergic to olives I cannot eat olives and this sandwich is loaded with olives I did not tell her to put olives or cucumbers on my order every time I go is chicken bacon ranch lettuce onions banana peppers jalapenos mayo oil and sweet onion sauce. I spend absolutely tooooo much money in this store this is just unacceptable. I am legally blind. This was a complete slap in the face.Parking: How about teaching them to listening to customers who are legally blind instead of rushing them out the doorWheelchair accessibility: How about better customer service and listening for the legally

If I could give it a 0 I would.They close at 10,we got there like 9:30.We didn't know how to work the menu board,so we drove up to the window.I stated I didn't know how to work the menu board,the look the lady gave was oh well and we closed.Very rude!!

OWNER SUE IS RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, AND HAS HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Avoid any franchise that she owns!!! Workers made my orders incorrect and instead of trying to fix the issue, she tried to avoid me, was EXTREMELY RUDE, REFUSED TO replace Sandwiches and accused me of lying!!! I WISH I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS!!!
