It is considered the best spot to skate in the local area and a great place to hold parties for kids. However, there are significant issues. The rink refuses to tighten skate bearings for younger skaters and has very few SkaterAid walking devices available for small children and older inexperienced skaters. This can lead to a terrible experience, with staff sometimes behaving poorly around children. The limited equipment and policies can make it impossible for families with young skaters to enjoy their visit, potentially souring birthday parties.
