When my husband and myself go there, there is one lady that always is mad. She give us bad service ? our second language is English and we speak very good, but she is the only one person in Mobile,AL that do not understand us??? ????I’ll have her name in comments next time when I need service there.We’re a big member from T-Mobile and she is not working for FREE! She gets paid to be there.

I get there a little before closing but they had already closed the doors before the set closing time. Best decision, I went to the AT&T next door and actually became a member!

I called in to get a phone for my daughterTo trade in for an iPhone I got talked to like I was the dumbest person on earth. After explain it againI was told I need to come in he should have said that in the first place!!!!! Like i don't know i need a ID. OK i was born yesterday!!!! Terrible Customer Service!!!!!!!!!

As of. Now and with the information I have and from what I understand and my understanding come from the environment and people so if I’m in a dark place my understanding might reflect that but this place wasn’t helpful at all. I Had a thing from the mail that said I could get a free phone with a new line. It never mentioned an old line being swapped over the thing I received in the mail and online was straight forward easy to get and simple in words and terms. When I went to use the money or coupon I felt like I was asked questions I couldn’t answer and asked to do things I couldn’t because of my circumstances which I will gladly explain I if you promise to listen to me all the way through. Point is I felt like I was turned down because of the way I looked and because of my disabilities. -DC

I had just talked with an associate that was very rude. She said she was a manager however, she refused to give her name and refused to help me with the problem I was having. This occurred at the government street location. I do not recommend doing business there.
