Very knowledgeable, friendly employees. Unfortunately I wasn't able to set up service because of a fraudulent Sprint account set up with my social security number years ago, which I had been assured was resolved. The employee (Ash) assisting me did their best to help but I will have to contact customer service Monday morning.

Upon walking into the store I was greeted immediately by a store associate. They helped me as much as they could, but at the end started to defend the company. They advertise for 99% reliability however when you go in the store they show you the coverage map and it's no where near 99%. The associate was only able to get $30 off my unexpected $109 bill for a hotspot. After being told I wouldn't get charged prorated amount for the ironically terrible service received in several states, in the metropolitan areas, I tried to cancel and they refused to call corporate to get my porting pin. After months of unreliable service and my lively hood being at stake this was the final straw. I proceeded to cricket which I had service with in the past and they offered me a good deal to come back. They still needed the pin to port over my number. And finally a gentleman a bit younger helped me breakaway from T-Mobile. I have worked customer service all my life and even for Global Corporate IT Analysis for a major oil conglomerate. I have never experienced this level of unsatisfactory service from any company. I would add more details and be grammatically correct, but this company has thoroughly shown me they don't care about anything but sales and money.
