I've scheduled my last 3 oil changes here. Everything went smoothly each time. Shortest wait time was 1 hour, longest was 2.5 hours. I've never had anything approved without my consent, though that could just be my luck. They also have great accommodations that makes for a comfortable wait.

This place is a complete shame in the service center. They charged us almost $600 to DIAGNOSE our truck claiming they got "pre-approval" for the price prior to diagnosing, which would never have been approved by us. No person in their right mind would pay that amount of money to diagnose a truck that is 12 years old. They were out for a dollar and they got it because we wouldn't have been able to get our truck back without paying. I will never use or recommend this place to anyone unless they just want to have dishonest service and their money taken.Service: Vehicle Inspection

Tameron Nissian employed one of the most intentionally deceptive marketing ploys I've seen. I can appreciate the need to bring customers in but doing so with a cleverly crafted mailer goes a very long way to demonstrating how untrustworthy they will be when trying to sell you a vehicle. I cannot stress enough how much I would not recommend this dealership.

I have been a Nissan customer for over a decade. I went in for an oil change, tire rotation, mentioned my tire pressure light was on, and my air conditioner was not getting cold. My appointment was scheduled for 8/19 at 4:00 p.m. At 5:55 p.m. I received my Multi-Point Inspection all of the items inspected were green, needing no service.However, Brian informed me that my tire pressure was low due to a nail the technician found in the "sidewall" and the tire was not repairable. I was told I would have to purchase a new tire (unfortunately my tires are not even 2 years old). I purchased the tire, and my car was ready. Brian stated that there were no technicians available to diagnose my air conditioner. So I got in my hot car with my new tire and went home.Four days (8/23) later my tire pressure light was on again. This time, the light indicated another tire was low. I took my car back to Nissan on 8/27. I explained to Katie that my tires are fairly new and that I just replaced a tire a few days ago. My concern was could the technician inadvertently put the "bad" tire back on my car when he rotated the tires? She said they marked the "bad" tires (but I also feel like mistakes can be made when technicians are at the end of their shifts and ready to go home). To make a long story short, Katie told me that two different technicians looked at my tire and couldn't find anything wrong with it. They put air in my tire, and I was told I may have to purchase another tire if I keep having tire pressure issues. Three days later, tire pressure light was on again, this time I didn't even bother taking it back to Nissan of Mobile. I took my car to another Nissan Service Center and within 10 minutes they found the issue!! They pulled a nail out, fixed my tire and washed my car!Everyone should be treated with the same level of care and concern. It's so unfortunate that at Nissan of Mobile the quality of service and care has declined over the years.Services: Auto tire replacement

Shout out to the Krystle and LT for their exceptional professionalism and customer service. Been searching for a Pathfinder for a few months now and I stumbled across Nissan of Mobile while visiting Pensacola. The hour long drive was well worth it. I'll definitely be using this specific dealership for all my Nissan purchases from now on. To be clear I'm talking about my Next GTR and Z. WILL BE BACK!

Fantastic experience from start to Finish. Contact was made almost immediately after pushing send. Colton was awesome; quick with communication and getting questions answered. LT who helped with the paperwork and answering misc questions was also great. We made a good deal and I am super satisfied with the exceptional experience I received. It's not always easy buying any vehicle out of state, but these gentlemen made it stress free and quick. Highly recommend them and this dealership! A+ 5*

You replied to my review stating "after attempting to resolve." What attempt? What resolution did you offer? After I was told they are not scheduling any appointments and the wait was 2-3 hours, there was no attempt to rectify the matter, and no one reached out to me at any point afterwards. I don't understand why you would reply to my complaint with the words "attempted and resolution". I understand "I'm sorry" in the reply, but not why you would outright lie about you attempting to resolve the issue at hand. That just furthermore solidifies the belief that you are doing bad business. Not to mention dumbfounded!

I was in the car business for 23 years, with Buick, Pontiac, GMC and Honda until 1992 in Colorado when I moved over to Saturn and remained with them there and in Pensacola until they closed in 2008. So, I respect and search for honesty, integrity, sincerity and professionalism and was so happy to see that in this team. Starting with Keosha, who was so sweet and knowledgeable to myself, my wife and my mother-in-law who is visiting from Colombia. My mother-in-law and I were there for several hours and Keosha was working so hard to accommodate us and made it feel like a very short time there. Keosha knew that my vehicle was totaled and I was in need and understood those needs, always with a bright smile.I would like to also give a special appreciation for Dakota, who willingly helped us in any way that he could for Keosha and shared some stories with me as we conversed. Also, Colton was so energetic and helpful and constantly seeing how he could assist and was much appreciated. Then I had a brief interaction with Denny, using humor to cope with the complexities of the system as we ran my deposit.And last, but not least was Jon, who is a true professional who finds a way to make one feel very comfortable throughout all of the paperwork, even though in our case it was not a financing situation for the dealership.The dealership and team will have my loyalty and referrals because it's a very short drive from Pensacola to have such an amazing car purchasing experience.Thank you again!!!
