While the mall can get busy at times, it generally maintains a comfortable level of crowds. However, there have been a few reported incidents of shootouts, and visitors are advised to be cautious of any suspicious activities, especially from the middle-of-the-mall vendors.
The mall offers a pleasant shopping experience, with a good selection of stores like American Eagle and Aéropostale for school clothes. Sadly, several stores have closed down, leading some to believe the owners may be actively trying to shut the mall down. Despite this, anchors like Chick-Fil-A and JCPenney (currently undergoing a remodel) continue to draw in shoppers. Overall, the Bel Air Mall provides a diverse range of shopping options in a clean and secure environment.

We visit this mall every time we visit my daughter at school. It's clean and has our favorite lunch spot, the cutest old fashion candy shop, our favorite stores to browse and my kids love the tea and cake shop. We always have a great time, even if it's just to walk around and hang out.

Lack variety. Needs more necessary places to shop. Needs versatility. Too bland & watered down. Needs more excitement.

Have not gone here in a long time, so I was surprised to see all the things that were new and glad to see some things haven't changed. There is an indoor play park for children and it looked like so.much fun! The rental buggie for babies was 7 dollars and that is kinda crazy to me. So if you have babies, bring a stroller!
