Still sitting at this ATM right now. It just took my wife’s card for “security reasons”. We literally just pulled up to withdraw money, and first try put it in and it took her card. Never have I seen this happen. Ridiculous.

This bank is an absolute Fraud, had a loan with them which was paid off when they were then first community bank and they manipulated just over sixteen hundred dollars from me including interest that were charged they took over first community bank therefore they are responsible for any unwarranted charges, bad part about it is they (bank) knew that it was fraudulent and won't do nothing about it and that ain't right.have been pursuing to get upper management involved which they haven't done anything to fix this to get my money back, would NOT Bank with The First because if they can condone this type of thing then what does that say for this bank as a whole.
