Waited 2 months to get my wife's bumper done, painted and mounted on. This was 2019 September to November. It's a place I would keep 300 yards from for service. Absolute mess.

My truck was there for 11 weeks and they called and said they didn't have anyone there to fix it so told me to come and get it. Most unprofessional body ship I've ever dealt with. Would not recommend.

So a Littel while back had one of my classic cars brought Into them for some paint and body repair and when myself and my wife got there the manager started off by saying I can’t promise we can get right on it which I was fine with but then acted like they didn’t even want to do the work so they totaled out the car all because the manager told us they couldn’t get a bumper from the dealership so now I had to take a massive loss then later on from another Cockrells Body Shop I was told I was lied to, and they apologized but the problem is before totaling the car out. They were asked multiple times to call me and my wife to give us a chance to take it to another body shop to have them take a look at it to see if it could be fixed, but refused this should have been a very easy fix and they lost a customer for life due to the way we were treated and yes, we have used them for several years prior to thisServices: Body & Trim

Bunch of villains trying to take more of your money for less than mediocre work. Absolutely worst business I know of. You can find a better shop somewhere else.

They tried to double charge the insurance company for some of the parts to fix my car. They had my car for over a month before I got it back. I won’t ever do business with them again.Services: Painting
