I recently visited your car wash off of Dauphin St on 2/2/25 and was disappointed with the condition of the hand towels provided. The towels were wet, had an unpleasant odor, and seemed to be spoiled, making them unsuitable for use.
I brought the issue to a workers attention and she refused to smell the hand towel and was very rude.
I expected clean and fresh towels as part of your service, but this experience left me dissatisfied. I would appreciate it if you could ensure better quality control to maintain hygiene standards for your customers.

The vacuums are horrible, can’t really get the hard to reach areas. The towels they had out smelled sour. Pretty pricey for a basic car wash when they only have one vacuum option vs other car washes. Employees are very nice.

We’ll never go back to this car wash. came in to get my car cleaned, and while I was in the car wash, the machine almost caused me to rear end the person in front of me because we all got stuck

Pricey for a car wash but friendly lio synched service. We were really just wanting to vacuum the car but you have to get a car wash and cannot pay to vacuum only.

Do not go here unless you want their equipment to crack your windshield and then have them try to gaslight you into believing it’s not their fault. It’s been nearly two months now for them to decide if they’re going to do the right thing, take ownership for damaging my vehicle and make it right. I’ve been beyond patient and they can’t even be bothered to call me back after saying they’d look into it again after outright blowing me off. To top it off, my car was still dirty. I’m telling everyone I know to stay far away from this place. Friends don’t let friends get taken advantage of.

I got the response below 2 weeks ago and not a single person has reached back out to me.

Highly upset. I came in last month and paid $26 for a single car wash and was approached by an attendant who told me that I could sign up for a special that they had and receive free car washes for the next 30 days. I asked the attendant specifically Will this be a reoccurring charge to assure my card would not get charged the following month. I was told it would not and this was just for 30 days. Not only did I get charged I got charged for $44 ! More than the amount that I paid originally. I don’t like to be mislead or lied to . Not only that I called and they told me there was nothing that they can do Except cancel further charges. Now my account is in the negative Because I thought I had money on the card .
UPDATE :
I came to The location to make sure I got the washes that I paid for with the new charge on the same day of posted review. I will have to say thank you to Jeb . He was very friendly and took care of my issue. Unfortunately, I had already canceled the card used so I could not get a refund. But he did make sure my subscription was canceled and offered me an extra wash after my last day. I do suggest coming to the location and not calling the 706 Number. They were absolutely no help, they did not cancel my subscription, and very nonchalant. Thank you again Jeb 🙂

I was there today and Danielle was being very helpful explaining the monthly wash prices when one of the employees Nathan yelled across the parking lot very rudely at a customer to move. They were not blocking the drive nor doing anything wrong they were simply just sitting there. Mind you he wasn’t doing anything but standing there while Danielle was a little busy but He tried to argue with them I just think that is very unprofessional even at a car wash! I did ask they’re names while I was being helped and told Danielle I wanted to leave a review!

It's new and looks it. Unfortunately, it's a very short car wash, for an extremely heafty price. If I could have gotten out of line, I would have left. Smart, to heard you in like that. Lol
It's a new car wash, but it cleans no better than the old bebo's. I still had to get out and clean parts that were missed. For $36.00, I figured it was going to be vacuumed, too. Nope, they don't offer any detaling. I'm just blown at the prices!!!!

I am leaving a 1 star for the lackluster website. I cancelled my car wash autopay back in August of this year 2024. The website said the account was canceled but never received a cancellation email. September came and another auto pay was deducted. I contacted customer service to request a refund and received a thanks for your business have a good day reply. I will attach the receipts below. Beware of auto pay

If you go here, don't let them convince you to do the free unlimited carwash for the next month. It is a scam. They told me I would not be charged for a monthly membership, well 4+ weeks later, I have a charge of $44.97! The car wash I bought that day was $ 26. Anyway, customer service REFUSED to cancel the payment and refund me the money. I never authorized any additional charge, especially not for $44.97, and I did not sign up for an outrageous monthly membership. The employee apparently did not know what he was talking about and told me wrong and now I have had to dispute the charge with my bank as fraudulent and it has been a real inconvenience for me. Not happy at all.

Where to start…
I moved to Mobile at the end of 2024 and in Miami, we have so many car wash places but usually they finish it by hand. I was told nowhere in Mobile anyone will do that, I had no option but to use the service and it just happens I saw Tidal while driving. That they had a special of $17 unlimited car washes and bought the 1 month. I didn't go enough, my bad, when I went it was the day after it had expired, so the nice employee sign me up for the same special. I used it couple of times and never went back as there is another place closer to where I am living.
I have couple of bank accounts, unless I get a notification, I would had never known I was being charged $29.97 every month for 6 months.
I went o Tidal and talked to Jeb the manager at the Dauphin location, and he said he can give me 2 months refund at the moment and that he was sending the request to corporate.
It has been almost a month, I spoke to him on July 3rd and he told me he was working on it. I have checked and no refund and nobody answers either text or emails.
What the heck? Why should I pay for someone's (I believe to be, honest) mistake?
UPDATE: Because I got a 2 months refunded they told me there was nothing they could do. So, you’re welcome Tidal! I Keep my money.
I will NEVER recommend any of these car washes in Mobile AL. But this one in particular for the lack of customer service besides, I have scratches in my car that obviously done by a machine.
