Maybe 3-5 years ago they would have possibly received 4-5 stars, but definitely NOT today. Look at the pick…need I saw more. Polish is camouflaging the cuticles. Horrific! On top of receiving a TEN minute pedicure during another visit; total WASTE. THREE STRIKES and you’re out. The cost for the services are way too expensive to receive a less than satisfactory outcome.Service: Sculpted nails

Sienna did my nails she was very nice and upfront from the get go. She talks and keeps up to date with her clients and seems to care about their life and what is going on. Down part I had to wait 35 mins, but they were alittle busy only having 4 girls total but it wasn't a big deal since I didn't have a appointment. my cuticles are alittle rough looking since I did have some tearing after the fact but the color is exactly what I was wanting in my reference image. They didn't have my color I wanted for my toes unfortunately but I went with my 2nd favorite color. Pedicure was pretty good got a good foot rub. I couldn't get the massage chair to work either. Other than that I feel like it was a pretty good first visit. Will possibly be back just make a appointment first

Went for a simple manicure. Ann was impatient and did a very poor job. I could have saved 30$ and completed a manicure at home myself.

Worst nail salon in mobile. I never take the time to wright reviews but this was the worst manicure I’ve ever had in my life. She was SO ROUGH! She cut almost all 10 of my fingers with the drill. Drilled my nails so thin that it hurt for her to go over them with the file. She left polish all over the sides of my nails. I do a better job painting at my house. I have never wanted to walk out of somewhere without paying so badly in my life. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I will be returning to Rose Nails any time in the future. Obviously you get what you pay for.
