Completely unprofessional. Sat outside this place for an hour, unable to pick up our early pickup truck, because it just wasn't there. Called the corporate line and was redirected to two more numbers to call before finding a solution. Now we have to drive to a different location to receive the truck we ordered.

It’s pouring down raining and my windshield wipers don’t work. I have never heard of windshield wipers not working at all. This is an inconvenience and very bad customer service. Uhaul charges for everything but when you are behind schedule because of things they’re suppose to check daily it doesn’t matter. I don’t get my time or some type of discount. This is unacceptable!! I will NEVER rent from uhaul again.

My husband and I bought our hitch for our RV here. There's usually no one at the desk when you arrive and you need luck on your side just to get propane.

This place is very unprofessional and has terrible customer service skills. The manager who's supposed to be the leader can't even do her job properly I think Uhaul should consider who they put in certain positions. The staff needs to be better trained and organized.

We used the Beltline Branch in Mobile , Al. The truck we received shook until you reach 45 mph. The radio was broken and volume was stuck at 10 ( out of a 1-10 scale). The door handle was broken and could only be opened with a key. Upon return it took 13 gallons to fill up ( our trip was 8.4 miles one way and we went there and back only!!). The gas gauge read full when we got in the truck upon pick up. We we returned they we used 35 miles. If that is the case then the truck got 2.6 mpg. Something is very fishy here.

My experience here was fantastic. I reserved a trailer so I could tow a motorcycle on a Wednesday afternoon. After I arrived, the check in process took less than five minutes. Another employee then hooked the trailer up to my SUV but noticed that I had a 1 7/8" ball and the trailer could only receive a 2" ball (my mistake for not checking the trailer description more carefully). He took me inside and showed me where their stock of 2" balls were and they even installed it on the ball mount for me without hesitation. They were all easy to talk to while still being professional. They hooked the trailer up for me, did a safety inspection, and then I was on my way. The return process was a breeze as well. Thanks for all the help!
