Carlton Wilkerson put me right on what I needed and made everything easy and simple. I needed him a couple times after buying the vehicle and he always was always quick and helpful. He expedited the process so we weren’t there all day and helped us out a ton. Great guy and great dealership!

Not in a very good business of selling cars. After sitting for 30 mins was given a $1100 month quote on a truck. No paperwork just word of mouth and then directed out. Very dismissive and not very friendly. I could have been given the same ridiculous quote over the phone and saved my gas.

I took my corvettte in for a brake prob lem. They half-assed addressed the issue by turning rotors and not replacing the pads. Service manager refused to correct issue despite having a platinum maintenance warranty. I was continuously told there was nothing wrong with the vehicle putting everyone who drove and rode in the car's safety at risk. Thank God there are other dealerships in the area and I know enough about corvettes to know when they dont ride right and who has covette specialists. Found out a lot of issues with the brakes most of them caused by a pooly attempted repair that ended up costing over 3K. This dealership talks a good game. Either they did not have the right people to do the work, they are poorly trained, or they just don't give a sqat. The service department is a dangerous nightmare with a license to do business. If I could give them a zero rating I would. No need to respond with the usual crap about regretting my experience and a number to call. Been there done that. They do not seem to mean any good intentions as there was ample opportunity to redress the issue. The overall atmosphere seems the same from the service manager to the owner, whom I have requested a call from on multiple occasions. All appear to be on the same cancerous team.

I worked with Carlton when I bought my Equinox, and he made the whole process super easy and stress-free. He was friendly, patient, and really knew his stuff—no pushy sales talk, just honest help finding the right fit. The best car buying experience I have had. Everyone there was friendly, nice, and extremely helpful. Especially Dennis. He showed great patience with me, since it took me awhile to make my decision. He was also very helpful in answering any and all questions I had. The whole team there was amazing!

The sales staff was outstanding from start to finish. Paul Maye handled everything with professionalism and genuine care, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. From the moment I first stepped onto the lot, Paul greeted me with a friendly, professional attitude and immediately made me feel comfortable.
He took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly, kept me informed at every step, and made sure all the details were handled quickly and correctly. His communication skills were excellent — prompt, clear, and always focused on making sure I had the best experience possible.
