The staff was helpful and communication was good throughout the time of my vehicle being there. The service was prompt and they worked quickly with my warranty company. Vehicle repaired to satisfaction, and they finally diagnosed an issue that other shops couldn't. It was a small issue and my husband suspected the cause, but other shops didn't listen and did other work that didn't fix the issue. UJ Chevrolet has my business going forward. Overall, a great experience.A couple of things that weren't fantastic:1. When I walked into the service department both for drop off and for pick up, there were several people at their workstations but nobody looked up to greet me and ask how they could help me. I had to walk up to someone and then they would point me in the right direction.2. The cashier at pick up was not very friendly. She was not rude, but she certainly was not friendly either.

Your service was much faster than McConnell GMC. They took 8 hrs for a scheduled oil change. Your associates were much more friendly.

I took my C8 Corvette in for it's first service and the advisor was rude and not very helpful when I asked questions. While waiting on my ride from the dealership I walked and looked at the one Corvette they had and it was marked up about $25000 over MSRP. I will not go back to this dealership.

My truck would no go, call them the next day was able to get it there. Thank God the part was under warranty. They gave me a loaner vehicle until my truck was ready and I’m about a week I was back rolling. Everyone was so friendly and nice. They made sure I was taken care of.

If you have an older Chevy vehicle please be aware you will be refused service. All I wanted was an oil change. My car is almost 20 years old, has ALWAYS had service through a dealership (not this one) AND only has 85,000 miles on it. Not many miles at all for the age of the car. I was stunned. I’ve Never been Refused service before. What a joke. ?

Absolutely wonderful, the service here is amazing. Kelly is the sales rep who I bought my suburban from and he is very nice, knowledgeable, and not pushy like some sales people can be. Patrick in the service department always get me in and out super quickly. They definitely have me as a lifelong customer.

Bobby did an excellent job on getting the vehicle in and out for the updates and service. While also keeping us informed of the status while in the shop. Hard to find this kind of service in todays world!!!! GREAT JOB!!

This was my first time getting service from UJ and it was awesome. Patrick Wilson did a great job. My boy was dreading having to wait with me until Patrick showed us where the gaming systems were. That made my boy light up. The entire experience was great. I really appreciate you guys.

Mrs. Aubra did an excellent job informing me about my car. She was friendly, informative, and courteous. However, I do not appreciate that the mechanic broke my hood latch cable. I went to have an oil leak repaired in my car and to have the oil changed. I had no issues with my hood latch before bringing my car in, but I was surprised when I was informed that it had been broken. All the parts came in to repair my car, but as previously stated, the hood latch cable is on backorder, so the mechanic had to rig up my car for the hood latch to work temporarily until the part came in. Fortunately, I will not have to pay for the hood latch, and the dealership will cover it, but I am still unhappy that it happened and felt unsafe taking it off the lot. I was assured that the hood would work fine until the part came in and not fly up while driving, but I still feel it should not have happened.

Their service department sucks! I can start by saying how are you 3-5 days behind and we get no call from no one about the truck that was brought in on Monday and here it is Wednesday and still no call?? Here’s where my PROBLEM is with dealership service, I understand people don’t want to work or businesses are trying to recover from Covid, if a person choose NOT to get the vaccine in order to work does that makes any sense?? No bc you can’t FORCE me to put anything in my body that I don’t want in there, I’m a breast cancer survivor and I work in healthcare front line and I can say I have NEVER had the vaccine and still don’t have it and I NEVER got it bc I take care of me and I know who has me and it’s NOT the vaccine (so PLEASE STOP trying to FORCE people to get that in order for them to work) and pay people that they can SURVIVE with the inflation that we’re all going through (bc we all know all businesses received PPP loans ??♀️, anyway back to the problem at hand. So I took my mom to pick up her truck and when we enter the dealership it was like why are you here we told your husband that it would be 3-5 days before we can get to it, so Wednesday was NOT the 3rd day?? So Patrick stepped in and said he told my dad (stated that my dad was ok with that) of course he is he’s a man (a woman would NEVER agree to that bc she knows this her way of getting back and forward where she needs to go), which my dad is hard of hearing and he tells people this for that reason so important information is NOT missed, so if you knew it would be that long why wasn’t a courtesy vehicle wasn’t offer?? Oh wait bc dealerships have picks on who gets a vehicle and who doesn’t, a lot people only have 1 means of transportation and NOT to offer a vehicle to any customer is down right baffling to me, or you could’ve easily said well Mr. or Mrs. so and so we are backed up and we can call you once we get to your vehicle instead you allow a vehicle to sit. So Patrick did offer to my mom that she can bring it when she’s ready, then I heard we want have any appointments until October?? Just a few minutes ago it was 3-5 days now you’re tell us that it will be a month before it can get serviced?? This is down RIGHT ridiculous at this POINT. When your company put hiring signs up make sure you offer your employees money and don’t ask them if they’re vaccinated or NOT bc that’s a HIPPA violation, that’s like asking me if I’m democrat or republican or NOT, I’m here to do a job NOT talk about if I have a vaccine or if I’m a certain party! Sad world…so FYI call before you go and see how far they are backed up before going otherwise your vehicle will sit there..

I met this guy named Jody when i first walked in the door. Good guy. I told him what i had to bring to the table and we went from there. The guy just knew what he was doing. Not like the other places I've been to before. He sat me down, went through what I wanted and what I was able to get. It was my lucky day! He had a truck that drove like I have owned it for a while, but have never drove before that day. Thanks Mr. Jody. You my friend, made this guy smile a little brighter.

Paul was an breath of fresh air. Awesome guy to work with. Really did not try to sell us what he thought we wanted but let us figure out just what we wanted and got it for us. He did all the paper work and put everything we needed together to make it happen. I forget the guy we worked with to sign the paper work but he was good to work with as well. He showed us what he had to offer with a warranty and when we decided that we only wanted the one thing he did not try to over sell it. I am a man that knows what i want and dont want to pay for. He seems to get that and make that part of the traction easy and painless. Over all i give them a 5 stars because they did just what i wanted. Thanks guys for your hard work in working for me.

My purpose in writing this review today is to bring attention to the unfair treatment my elderly Mother has experienced. A few months ago, she made a significant purchase of an SUV from your dealership. However, her trust in your products was shattered when the transmission unexpectedly failed during a recent trip to Louisiana just two weeks ago. Thankfully, my two sisters were there to support her in this distressing situation. It is crucial to emphasize that during the car purchase, my Mother specifically expressed her need for a reliable vehicle that would not require frequent repairs or leave her stranded alone in an unfamiliar place. Regrettably, this promise has not been upheld, and she has found herself without transportation for nearly two weeks. To make matters worse, when she reached out to your dealership, she was informed that the three loaner cars you usually provide were not available for her to use. Instead, they suggested she rent a car at her own expense, promising reimbursement later. However, as a 75-year-old on a fixed income, the financial burden of renting a vehicle is simply too significant for her to bear. The treatment my Mother has received from U-J Chevrolet raises serious concerns about age discrimination. It appears that she is being neglected and mistreated solely due to her older age. This distresses me greatly and compels me to seek a fair resolution to this matter on behalf of my Mother.

Just purchased a 2023 Chevy Equinox from U-J Chevrolet and I am in love with it. Mr. Dennis helped me along the whole thing and was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. Least stressful car buying process I've been through ever!
