Took my mother for a salon day Dianne did the best with my mother's hair it looks so good, shelby did her skin care made her look even more glowy and I didn't know it was possible but Amber made my mother look more beautiful than I have ever seen her. They do so much good work. Go here to treat yourself the above mentioned ladies deserve ALL THE FLOWERS!

Eli was a total rockstar! Was eager to help with a return and helping apply the right coupons to assure best value to customer. The fragrance section employee was also very friendly but didn’t remember her name. This Ulta is far superior to the other one in Mobile!

The first time I went into Ulta it blew my mind! Customer Service was 1000% amazing! The greeter at the front door made me and my daughter felt so welcomed.
Eli was wonderful, so kind and courteous! Theran is wonderful, kind,professional, he listened to every question I had, he helped me pick out a perfect skincare routine that saved me over 60 dollars!! I will also shop here! They truly helped this newbie out

My best friend and I stopped in from out of state to grab a few things and we were assisted by 2 of the most wonderful, happy people. Mary and Eli. We left feeling like we made new friends. Took a selfie with them too! Thanks a million times!

I was at this location yesterday ,which was a great experience .I was greeted by Eli and enjoyed my shopping experience hunter was very helpful and Jeromy is always so helpful .
Heather help me make an appointment to get my brows tinted , Lucy did such a great job . And there’s Kendall that is so sweet that you for the great experience.

I always have an excellent experience anytime I visit this store. I went in recently for hair and makeup for photos and was not disappointed. Mrs. Diane did an amazing job styling my hair and makeup artist Mary and Caleb did exceptional work. I will for sure be returning to have more beauty services done when I need to. The rest of the customers in the store are always polite and informative.

I absolutely loved this location!!!! I would give it 10 stars if I could. Lumesia and Diane were excellent hairstylist. I felt like a queen. Eli and Suzanna the managers made me feel right at home. Jess was a great makeup artist and gave me confidence and stuck with me through my indecisive moments. Kaleb did a great job on my lips and the lipliner was perfect.

I got my hair done today by Mrs. Dianna (hope I am spelling that correct) we did a scalp treatment, haircut, blow dry, and curl and my hair looks so lovely. I feel like a princess. She is such a sweet lady and I’ve enjoyed every part about my service. Come see her if you want to feel beautiful! :)
