Walked in and walked right back out. I'm assuming the woman I just witnessed being rude and condescending to the other employees is in some kind of management position? I'm genuinely surprised anyone actually works there. I'll order online or go elsewhere.

Why do I walk in to a manager yelling and berating the staff on the sales floor??? Like a full grown adult acting like that is INSANE. I have 10+ years of retail management experience and have never had to yell at ANYONE that worked for me. It's toxic and gross behavior for someone in a leadership position. Genuinely hope the employees there are ok but I will NEVER be returning to this location after what I witnessed there. I hope the manager is fired.

I came with my sister because she wanted to get her brows done. We love shopping at Ulta and getting services done.
We came in on July 4th. Store was not busy at all. Probably at 3:10 pm. Came in was greeted and went to the benefit counter. The girl told us we could just sit down and she would be with us in a second. She was nice. Then another lady came to us, assuming she was the manager on duty. She asked if we had an appointment. We said no. She then told us that we needed an appointment. It's only by appointment. No problem. I've never had a problem coming into either Ulta's and being seen the same day. Asked if she could book us an appointment. She then told us she was on lunch. Okay. She then told us the next availability is not until tomorrow. I then went on the app to try and book an appointment myself and there was an available spot for literally 30 minutes from the time I was there. That was frustrating 😑 whoever she was I did not appreciate her.

Received salon services. Staff was not professional. The conversation during the appointment was very unprofessional. I made appointment the week prior and an hour before appointment I received a phone call and text requesting to move appointment up due to staff not having childcare. Once I arrived early for original scheduled appointment I waited about 8 minutes before I was helped. I had to seek out assistance from someone in the store. Once appointment began I did not feel that staff listened to what I wanted and did not seem experienced enough to work on my hair. I would recommend that staff have appropriate knowledge on working with all hair types.

My friend & I had the most amazing experience with Jerell at Ulta!!! She took the time to match us with the perfect foundation and concealer shades, and was incredibly patient as we asked question after question. Jerell shared so many helpful tips, and made the whole process feel fun, easy, and personalized. Her kindness and knowledge truly made our day!

All the employees were very friendly and helpful. There is this lady name Abby with pretty green eyeshadow and a blond ponytail. She is very sweet and helpful. At first when I came in there I didn't know how to find the right makeup foundation for myself because it’s my first time doing makeup but then she came over and helped me out. she was very helpful and kind to help me find makeup items. She even helped me find the right makeup foundation for my skin tone. She show me how to apply them on my face to see if I like the results of the makeup and she explain everything in detail and tips about and how to apply makeup. she made my day great. best customer service ! 😊

Went in not knowing what to expect ! But walked out feeling amazing and beautiful than ever after my haircut and silk press ! Brea in the salon department was absolutely amazing today! Very patient and caring about all her clients! You can definitely tell she is a genuine person and is a very great listener and gives amazing feedback ! I love that she was interested in getting to know me! It lead to great conversations and lots of laughs, and she made sure to accomplish everything I wanted today ! Thank you Brea, it meant a lot ! ❤️ Definitely book her!

The workers in the store very helpful. They are always nice. The store is also always clean. And even if there's a long line they have enough cashiers to keep it going fast

Hands down best place to get mens cologne you feel a bit out of place at first not a big section for me compared to the rest of the store but the staff are very patient and professional they will take their time and let u smell everything u want and not seem like it bothers them like some places
