The manager of that establishment should instill good customer service, since they criticize you for not speaking English; that's called discrimination. There's a female employee who laughs; they should take action regarding this.

Efficiency is key for the most part. But the way i was helped by the people in store made a huge impact. Was my first time shipping without a return label and they walked me through it. They made it a breeze.

Store is always busy which means the ladies working there are always busy. BUT everytime I've gone in, I've received nothing but top notch service. It's the only place I'll ship from. Thank you for all you do.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I was in this store on 1/6/25, I only needed to do an Amazon return and this was the location I had chosen. We are fairly new to the area but we have always used UPS so this was the store we had chosen. I had wanted to use the kiosk at the back but was encouraged to use the line as the assistant (younger lady) was helping a lady at the kiosk with a multitude of packages and she was afraid my wait would be longer than me just waiting in line to be helped. The line was all the way back to the door and a crowd packed around the door (not why I was displeased I know it’s post Christmas and a very busy time for all mailing stores). I waited in line making small pleasant talk with fellow patrons. When it became my turn a lady with a loose bun and dirty blonde hair (color not reference to hygiene) reluctantly called me up with a complete attitude as if I was bothering her. I tried to smile and make small talk and she wouldn’t even look at me, she only said a total of 5 words to me, ignored any questions I had or small talk I tried to make, made it very obvious I had pissed her off somehow though I have no idea what I had done and tossed my items into a pile with no care whatsoever. The whole experience with her was so off putting alone it made me conclude I would not be back, but there was also her heavyset medium length haired brunette friend, that was also being rude, yelling at people and being very demeaning to customers. Between the two I will not be back to this location. It is sad because as I mentioned before we usually love UPS and have been loyal customers for greater than two decades and do a lot of business with them. These two need to figure out why they are so unhappy and maybe need to seek different employment where they are not in direct contact with the public. I do want to be clear the two younger ladies were actually pleasant what little experience I had with them and actually both of them even looked shocked and embarrassed by the other two employees behavior. Such a shame I hope they are not influenced and warped by the other two.

Dear Mr. Kyle Moffett,
I had met you this morning around 9am 11/8/2024 and you had given me your card and helped me so wonderfully with a package that was missed by us via ups delivery.
There was a worker I tried to call the store to get more information on my package . It was exactly 1:50pm 11/8/2024 , a white woman with brown hair.
She was incredibly rude and short with me over the phone. When I got to the store she was also rude to me in person and said my package was not at the store. She refused to help me although I now presented the tracking number.
Another employee with blonde hair was able to find my package and I thanked her. I will be leaving a google review and reaching out to the company as her behavior was inappropriate. There were other customers as witness. I really didn't appreciate how awful she was and refused to help me.
