The woman working at that store asked me to grab one of their white cardboard envelopes and put it on the scale. When i did, i noticed the price of $2.19. However, my papers were already in an envelope with address and all. It seems that she decided for me that i would buy their envelope. I did not like this. She did not explain what was going on. Fortunately, ups doesnt deliver to po boxes, so i had to go somewhere else and didnt pay the envelope upcharge.

My neighborhood UPS Store is close, the hours are convenient, & the employees are polite & efficient. I’m in and out in no time, they take care of all my packages & returns with no problem.

Fast Service,and Friendly Employee's great location w/no bad attitudes,I’m in and out every time I go there,I can’t imagine why folks would leave Bad Reviews,However the one on Airport Boulevard in the firehouse shopping center is a different story. You will be in line 10-15 minutes every time you go there.Thats the reason i switched to this location.hope this was helpful..

This is just the best store to do any shipping anytime. The owner Kyle goes above and beyond in his service for his clients. I mistakenly entered with a return meant for usps. Kyle offered to finish packing the box and hand it off later to the postal worker who would be coming to his store later in the day. He saved me hours and stress. Cannot recommend this store and this owner more!! Thank you Kyle

Little rude. After charging me $2.50 to print the return label I think he had trouble seeing past his hair to inventory the little boxes inside the big box. He said he would take care of sealing it as I started to leave. Then said hey one more thing you'll need this tracking receipt. Then hey another thing...pfft jank somebody else's chain. Seeing a trend with service staff in the city of Mobile.

The staff has been very friendly and efficient. When I visited on Saturday, the line was about 8 people long and there was only one employee working, but she was calm, cool, collected and friendly. She helped everyone with a smile on her face even though it was crazy busy.
