I ordered 2 pair of shoes from nike and i received a notification from ups saying that the package was damaged and missing items… i had to call nike to get them replaced now ups is holding the shoes and “WON’T fix the problem …Someone from ups stole the shoes i ordered so now my brother does not have school shoes THANX

UPS Store #4690
This is by far the worst UPS store I’ve ever visited. The customer service is absolutely unacceptable. The employees are rude, unprofessional, and spend more time complaining and making sarcastic remarks than actually helping customers.
When I asked about basic shipping supplies, one of the employees snapped that they didn’t have them even though it was obvious they did. Why would a shipping store act like providing tape or boxes is too much to ask? That’s part of the service.
You work in a customer facing role. Your job is to assist customers not to treat them like a burden. This location gives the impression that customers are a nuisance rather than the reason the store exists. Out of all the UPS stores I’ve used, this one is without question the most poorly run and disappointing.

Yeah the prices are ridiculous! 4 copies of just a document for a recommendation letter was $11.00. How is it 11.00? I don’t understand that? Do I get unlimited copies for the month?

Setup appointment for notary and when I got there they didn't have a notary to do it. They didn't let me know in advance and they didn't seem to care that I gave up my lunch break for this appointment. AVOID THIS LOCATION.

I got to the store at 5:50pm after having driven 15 minutes out of my way and they literally locked the door in my face ! I can read the sign that says they close at 6:00. I knocked and the man that had walked out sat in his car a minute looking at me and the girl that locked the door wouldn’t even look up. Totally ignoring me ! AUGHHHHHHH !!! So frustrating.

Empty no supplies. Smells like urine and mold. Stated they don’t do passport pictures and have no control over online appts. Wasted my time to drive 15 min down here for that bs.

Everyone was so nice. I got there at closing and the staff there was so patient with me. There was no rushing. Very nice and knowledgeable.

Pretty sad when a huge company don't even take care of their customers when they fall in doing their job. Paid for two day del on a package and the package was late do to their place not loading the package . Now that we are tring to get a refund after calling customer service.
The customer has to wait 5 to 7 days for a refund. They got their money upfront. Guess next time Fedex will be getting my business I wouldn't do business with UPS Store or recommend anyone doing business with the UPS Store

Will charge you $7.70 to print an Amazon return label. Better off to get it printed at Office Depot across the street for $0.80.
