Every-time I come in the post office this worker, her name is Ashley, greets me with the biggest smile, the sweetest attitude and the most caring personality. I wish more workers were like her!!!

Why are the doors to the lobby locked? As much as we pay for PO Boxes, we should have access to them.

Postal staff is rude, unprofessional, unconcerned and lose mail/packages. They don’t accept responsibility or make attempts to locate your mail. There is a worker on the staff who frequently misplace mail/packages and that worker is allowed to remain employed in the position.

UNBELIEVABLE!! I ORDERED SOME COFFEE FROM AMAZON. IT WAS SAID TO BE DELIVERED SATURDAY THE 4TH. AT 2:18 PM SATURDAY, I RECEIVED A MESSAGE TRACKING THE PACKAGE, THAT IT WAS DELIVERED IN A MAILBOX. NEVER GOT THE PACKAGE. I CALLED THE POST OFFICE AND SPOKE TO A WONDERFUL LADY NAMED JANICE PATTON. IF WE ALL TOOK OUR JOB THE EXTRA MILE LIKE JANICE. WE WOULDN'T HAVE ISSUES AT ALL. JANICE SHOWS UP AT MY WORK TODAY WITH THE PACKAGE IN HAND. IT WAS DELIVERED TO THE WRONG ADDRESS. SHE ACTUALLY WENT TO THE WRONG ADDRESS AND RETRIEVED MY PACKAGE. WHAT A GREAT PERSON. NOT A THANK YOU CAN EXPRESS WHAT THIS PERSON DID. I ALWAYS TRY TO GO OUT OF MY WAY AT WORK FOR PEOPLE. I WISH ALL PEOPLE COULD DO A JOB THIS WAY. THINGS WOULD BE BETTER. THANK YOU JANICE PATTON!!!!

The post office said that no one was at home when everybody in my house is at home then they said that it was difficult to get to my home but there are two different entryways to get here and it would’ve automatically popped up on the GPS. I’m just saying that if you don’t want to do your job just say that and go work somewhere else.
