This was our 3rd Verizon stop of the day. I cannot say enough good things about the EXCEPTIONAL customer service! They found out exactly what we wanted and answered all of our questions. We have been with Verizon for over 10 years and have never had such a great buying experience.

Didn’t have a good experience. Long wait time for starters then after finally getting the phone I desired the sales rep set it down and told me she would be right back to active it. Never returned after having me wait for about 15 minutes she asked someone else to come assist me and he was very reluctant and rude.

We came in to switch from AT&T and Jamie assisted us with getting new phones and our account setup. She was absolutely amazing to work with. To be honest every employee we met was awesome. The whole process was painless. I highly recommend this location.

Worst Phone Buying Experience of my life. They charged me three times for one phone. None of the transactions were done correctly. They lied to me about me not being charged when they made me do another transaction because of their own mistake. Plus, they lied to me about how it was being shipped even though I repeatedly asked and requested that it be overnighted. These people are incompetant LIARS!
