No hey no what can I help you with. I was here for a good 20 min and they just look at you like hmm what dose he want. Never coming back to this location again. 5:56pm !!
Eventually Corey helped thank god finally.

I came into the store yesterday to pay my bill. However, no one was in the store to help me. I sat in the store for an hour and not one representative assisted me with paying my bill. I called customer service while I waited to inform them that no one was there working in the store. Now, my phone service has been disconnected even though I attempted to make a payment. I have been a customer for 5 years. This is very disappointing and unacceptable.

This is a good place! Ask for Corey. Spent 2 days using a friend's phone speaking with tech support and they could not get phone working. Tech support actually advised me not to go into the store saying they would not be able to help me because they were only salesman. Well, "Salesman" Corey was able to and got my phone working in 15 mins. Way more professional and knowledgeable.

I would never ever use this store. Ever. First, the guy cut off my old phone and started transferring my data without telling me. I was in the middle of letting my teenage son know I was running behind. I was planning on transferring the data myself to save time. Then he proceeds to tell me there’s a $40 charge for transferring my data. When I complained, he said I would be charged the $40 even if I set up my phone which I found out later from other customers that was absolutely untrue. He then proceeded to bring me all the overpriced accessories he told meI HAD to have and why they were better than what I could buy elsewhere. When I debated him, he belittled me and was very snarky. He also used the “f” word multiple times in my interactions . In addition, he put a $17 per line insurance policy on three of our family lines that we did not authorize. Luckily my husband caught it when I went home and was complaining about this guy. He was able to remove them from our account via internet. I will never, ever shop there. Buyer beware. These were predatory practices.
