Been on Alltel since 03, then VZW when they bought em out...took 2 lines off to another provider & it's just been awful! Put both right back on VZWšNeeded a little help with sim cards...so went in store, didnāt even get the guys name, we were in a hurry, but he was very helpful & got us setup Quick!

In the past, they have been helpful as long as you forced them to deal with your issues. You had to push through their attitudes to make them consider your problems as serious, more serious than their laziness not to serve you. Iām sure there are other ways to convey this work ethic, but bottom line; Verizon Tillmanās Corner needs a lot of work to be friendly and accommodating. They aināt got it!!
