Absolutely disappointed. The rear bumper looks like it’s been in a minor accident, hood on drivers side looks like the clear coat has been burnt from buffing almost to the base coat. Two small dents on roof and a 2.5 inch circle where the clear coat and paint is peaking off. The roof and rear bumper would have to be repainted. We spent 400 miles round trip and $115 dollars in gas to look at this vehicle planning on purchasing it because we specifically asked if there was any damage to the vehicle

We had a very superb experience at Volvo of Mobile. I saw the car that I liked online about two weeks prior to visiting. Our salesman, Sam Baughn, brought a car for us to look at, and it was the one I had viewed online! I thought instantly this is kismet. Right when he opened the door, I knew it was the one. Sam was extremely personable, knowledgeable, and organized. It seems as though he has been there for some time. I love my car, and I hope I have it even longer than my previous vehicle. I named my car, “Pearl.”

The sales associate (Sam) was very helpful throughout the entire process. Any question I had, he was able to answer it and help me out. He made sure everything was perfect on my new car before I drove it off the lot and now I’m in absolute love with my new car!!

Great experience! I texted and shared what I wanted, they worked out the best deal possible after finding me the vehicle I wanted! Even csme to the house to do paperwork due to my schedule! Fast & easy and very professional!

Vicki and my salesperson were wonderful to work with. I wish I could recall his name. This was probably the best dealership experience I've had in a very long time. They destroy Centennial's overpriced fleet.

I would not recommend for volvo service. Please shop around especially if you have a warranty, they charge way over the average repair labor rates. My warranty wouldn’t even cover the full amount because Volvo was pushing for 18+ hours of labor for a front and rear evaporator repair. Also they said they fixed my check engine light however, when my car was dropped off to me the check engine light was still on. They offered to bring it back but I declined. The cross that was hanging from my rearview mirror was broken, and instead of saying some thing they they just wrapped it around and pretended like nothing was wrong. I mentioned it to the lady on the phone. She said she’ll let her manager know. I would not get my car serviced there again. Also, anyone considering a Volvo XC90 don’t unless you want constant AC issues.

Chase and April were very responsive to and patient with all of our questions. They are very knowledgeable. Chase was very thorough in the delivery of our vehicle. We are very happy with our purchase and our choice to visit in Volvo of Mobile.

Love these guys! They have done me well for years and Melissa is excellent on the service desk as well as the lead tech in the back. Can always trust them to get my car back to me fixed and can also count on them to find anything I didn't know about AND show me the failing part instead of just saying it needs something.100% trust them <3One little thing that should be noted is this quality of work will need an appointment.

Live out of state and came to get my car serviced. I have a part that needs replacing, was told they would order it and call me when it was in. It’s been 3 months. THREE MONTHS. And no one will return my calls. I wouldn’t care so much about the timeline if someone would just call me back. Honestly, I doubt they even ordered it if they can’t even manage to return a phone call.

Cannot get a phone call or email back from the sales manager or general manager regarding a key that was supposed to come with our vehicle four months ago. We were told AFTER we signed paperwork that they would “mail the spare key.” We have called 5+ times, texted multiple times, emailed multiple times, and no response. They have our money so I guess there’s no rush for customer service. Will not buy another car here.

If I could, I would give 0 stars. This is long, but I urge you to read this before deciding to purchase a vehicle through this dealership.Over a week ago, I had called about a used Volvo XC60 I saw on their website. I expressed my concern to the sales manager, Vicki Reeves, that I was in Louisiana and asked if everything could be done over e-mail / phone if we moved forward with this car. She assured me that it shouldn't be a problem. I decided to go ahead with the purchase of this car and submitted the credit application at 3:37pm on Friday. I didn't hear back from the dealership that evening. I tried calling that morning and the sales manager has a voicemail box that was full. I had called twice and then was finally able to leave a message. Vicki Reeves called back at 1:16, almost 22 hours after my husband and I submitted the credit application. We had been approved for the loan, and she would be sending over a link to submit a deposit electronically. At 4:07pm, my husband sent Vicki a follow up text after a few hours of not receiving the deposit link. She responded and said that another sales rep had the keys and was showing the vehicle to another customer. I would like to reiterate that I had been approved for financing on this vehicle and this dealership was letting another customer test drive. The other customer eventually purchased the vehicle. Meaning that within 2-3 hours, had been approved for financing and was able to purchase. While it took my husband and I almost an entire 24 hours to hear back about an approval of financing. I asked the sales manager, Vicki, to please give me a call so she could explain to me what happened. During this call, she said that a third party was interested in this vehicle and took it for a test drive, but because the second customer was waiting for financing, they had them bring the vehicle back as it was pending sale. Although the same situation was happening to me, with already approved financing, and I was not offered the same respect.I was told by Vicki that her and the General Manager, Aldo Abad (according to their website), were going to meet the following Monday to try and find me a similar vehicle for a similar price. I had to call Monday afternoon to ask for an update. Vicki told me that her and the GM haven't found me a vehicle yet and that's why she hadn't called to give me an update. She told me that she was going to go speak with the GM and see where he was in the process, and that she would give me a call back. I am still waiting on that call a week later. Terrible, terrible customer service and, in my opinion, rather shady business.At the end of the day, I am happy the car I had secured financing was sold to a different customer, so I have no relations with this dealership, Vicki Reeves, or the General Manager of Volvo Mobile.

My experience during the car buying process couldn’t have been more pleasant. When we were turned away from the Volvo dealership in Pensacola, my wife called the dealership in Mobile. Shortly after that call we were sitting Aldo’s office discussing every aspect of the overseas delivery program. We selected the model we wanted to have built, put down a deposit, and were done. When we went back to pay off the balance, everything was completed with the assistance of Doug Klezmer. Throughout the entire process, we were well taken care of!
