I usually use this pharmacy. Would say staff is mostly kind and helpful. Whoever was working the drive thru on 9/13 in the afternoon had a nasty attitude. I would be shocked if I ever came across a Walgreens that didn't have rude employees š

I called in extremely frustrated because I have Covid and a lady answer the phone. I was extremely rude to her. She was very professional. She even contacted me back to give me the status of my prescription. I just wanted to say keep people like her with patience and integrity. I did not get her name, but I am so sorry. I am suffering from this ugly virus.

Iād recommend anywhere but Walgreens. If thatās your branded pharmacy of choice, then I would at least avoid this location. I recently had to switch from CVS because of my insurance network. This is the second Walgreens location that Iāve tried to use and havenāt had a good experience. They have considerably long drive-thru wait times. They only open 1 of the 2 lanes and they close the inside ābecause of staffing issuesā, the other Walgreens likes to close the drive-thru for the same excuse. I waited on hold for 30 minutes last Thursday over the phone, Iāve had issues with pre-authorizations, and they donāt carry a few items Iāve needed in the past. Benefit of the doubt for the folks that work here, perhaps they are not at fault. But at the very least they need to hire more hands.

Horribly managed. They close the drive through during normal hours and always dozens waiting in line. Wait times are in hours.

I'd give this location a minus if I could. All I wanted to do is inquire whether a prescription had been called in.....over an hour later and nothing yet as I'm writing this review. Just as some of the previous posts, I have nothing to say that would look like an improvement. As far as I am concerned, this place should be closed down for good. And attitude, (when they finally picked up the call) well I'm not even going there, as I guess you all have the jist of my complaint. Do yourself a HUGH favour...drive further if you must, but let's collectively as a community keep from utilizing this location.

2050 government st is horrible, spent over 1.5 hours on the phone trying to get home delivery on a call in prescription, only to be told I had to use the app. They hung up on me several times. The app only allows you to request home delivery on automatic refills. Spent another 1/2 hour on phone trying to get thru to them, then drove over and picked up my prescription...all family member very sick, we don't need that level of stress.

Walgreens at the loop is the worst. They won't answer the phone, and then hang up on you. Horrible service!
