I'm on the phone with the pharmacy and they pick up and hang up ten times. And eventually disconnect the line. Never in my life experience dealt with the bad attitudes that comes from McGregor and airport pharmacy. .God will judge them according to their deeds .. you shall reap what you sow to people. And prayers going up you all.

The staff has always been nice and I can find what I’m looking for a good 80% of the time. I really wish they would do something about the panhandlers though, nearly got in a fight with one today.

The absolute worst. I would give no stars if I could. The machine has better costumer service than the people. 23 minutes on hold just to see if they have a medication in stock is ridiculous. This is not a one time occurrence neither. It is like this everytime.

This Walgreens is always slow and quite often doesn’t have the meds. The notices telling me when to pick up prescriptions were a waste of my time! I was told at the drive up that they don’t keep a lot of medications on hand and I would need to come back. This was for an anti-inflammatory not a narcotic!

Everyone needs to stop going to this location so then MAYBE they will start to care about how the pharmacy is run. They are always rude as hell, refuse to answer the phone (will literally pick up and put me on hold 100 times), and it seems like there is always a new complication every time I go. The customer service is HORRIBLE. The ONLY good thing is that they are 24 hours but you would only need that in an emergency. After today I will never go back to them.

We had a unexpected trip to the Saraland ER! Went to this location around 5 A.M. Ish to get a prescription filled and the pharmacist on duty was extremely pleasant and quick! Best customer service by far!

The worst Walgreens I ever had to deal with.. They don’t answer the phone, They just keep putting you on hold and When they do answer they have attitudes.. You can’t work in the medical field with a nasty attitude !!

Finally made it to the right store to exchange my door dash items and they basically treated me like I was trying to pull a fast one. They only let me exchange one item because of the cost and I opened one to check it to see if it was the right item. I'm so frustrated and out of $60 at this point I'm never coming back. Not even to the pharmacy.???

Dropped prescription for son's seizure meds and explained to the gentleman working the drive thru that he was out of meds and I needed as soon as possible. Also showed single care price of $33. "No problem we can have it ready in 1 1/2 hrs. Is it ok if we text you?" Of course and we drive around for two hrs and return only to be told that due to the price $1053.00 they couldn't fill without talking to us Duh! Isn't that why we gave a cell phone and agreed to txt msgs??? What happened to the single care price of $33?? They only had name brand no generic available ... get it togetherYour customer service sucks.I did get his prescription filled at Walmart for $40 bucks.

Please tell me why they will not load bank cards after 10:00pm? Some people might not be able to make it before then. I'm not even sure why I'm writing a review it's not like they care anyway it's not like I read it or it matters so stupid!!!!

I went through the drive-through to try to get my prescription filled and it wasn’t ready which wasn’t a problem but I was going out of town so I just decided to call them and try to get my prescription transferred and the young lady’s attitude that answered the phone was absolutely ridiculous. She spoke to me in the rudest manner and hung up in my face after giving what she thought was the last bit of information that I needed. I am very disappointed in her customer service skills and Needless to say I will not be returning.

Pharmacy: Horrible staff. Horrible management and district manager is horrible as well. Very rude and hateful. They change their policy every month. Each month I pick up my medicine, there's a new policy in place. I don't feel it's right or fair to customers. I get told one thing from their district manager and something different from the pharmacy staff/manager. It's ridiculous!!!! Sadly, Dr are even telling patients to not use Walgreens bc of this.

Okay, so this isn't the best Walgreens. Let me tell you how to make your life easy when dealing with the pharmacy. Order all your refills in the app. It will tell you when they're ready and give you the price. Then you can just go in or drive thru and grab them. If your doctor sends over a script electronically, it will show up in the app and you'll see when its ready and how much it costs and then just go get it. I haven't had a bad interaction with a pharmacist at this location EVER doing things this way for well over a year. They are short staffed and underpaid. Just make your life and theirs easier and order your rx's through the app and go pick them up when their ready.

The absolute worst pharmacy I have seen. They never have my son's meds and they refuse to assist me when it comes to manufacturers coupon. Then the pharmacist has the audacity to say if it was his kid he would get something cheaper. It's not your kid and he has been on it for years so why would I mess up what works over an opinion. I should never have to wait 2 weeks for a prescription and receive no phone call to notify me of what is going on. I have to call and it still takes 10 to 30 minutes for them to answer. Smh just close the darn store.
