Go to another pharmacy if you have a choice. My doctor office called in a rx to this pharmacy and they ran my insurance and told me it was 300.00 and said my doctors office would have to approve generic I called bcbs of al and they said patient has a right to have generic also asked if they were a good rx provider They were too interest in going to lunch than offering a solution Got the 300.00 medication for 59.00 through good rx Poor customer service Took an hour and a half to get medication

This place does not even deserve 1 star. They are the rudest idiots I’ve ever seen. They do not listen to the customer and then deleted a prescription when the customer was in hospital and had major surgery. They charged me $35 for insulin, only gave me 1 pen, supposed to be 4. When i showed up to get insulin that they owed, they tried to charge $35 again after leaving a message saying all that was owed was $0.43. They are rude and smart mouthed, disrespectful jerks.\\nClearly that new generation that thinks they are owed something.\\nI will NEVER use them again and won’t recommend them to anyone ever!

This is the worst Walgreens in the Mobile area! Pharmacy staff always has an attitude. Store staff isn’t much better. Long waits on the phone and in the drive-thru for pharmacy services. Tonight (3/16/22) visited the store at 7:15 PM and the Pharmacy Drive-Thru was closed — this happens often. The Pharmacy drive-thru is regularly closed down at dusk, why I don’t know. I have called and emailed about the poor service at this location and nothing is ever improved. Good luck if you ever have to call them about a prescription, you either wait in hold for a long time or when you do get a “member of the pharmacy staff” they have an attitude and can’t answer simple questions.

My daughter has been trying to pick up a prescription since Saturday. Their system shows her having bcbs which she no longer has. A simple call to Humana/Tricare would fix as they have done here in Enterprise in minutes multiple times. This store will not. I’m trying to resolve however, have been on hold for over 2 hours. Unacceptable!

Had a prescription filled here one night after an ER visit. It was 1:00AM & the staff were friendly and in good spirit. Had a 40 min wait because they were busy (yes, at 1 am), but my experience here was pleasant.

rudest walgreens. bought photos online, went into pick up my order. showed them the confirmation email where i paid for this order. also, showed them where it took the money out of my bank account. & they MADE ME PAY AGAIN BEFORE THEYD GIVE ME MY PICS because it “didn’t show up in their system.”

Encounter the rudest pharmacy tech ever the phone today Rebecca. Very nasty attitude but per her she doesn't work at that location usually which is great but she doesn't need to come back either.

Customer service has really gone down hill at the pharmacy. Waited five minutes at the drive thru pick up window, no one else in line. Two employees in the pharmacy and only one waiting on customers. . Obviously it was beneath the pharmacist to actually wait on the customers.

Every time I go or my husband goes to pick up multiple prescriptions, these IDIOTS always leave out something and we have to make a RETURN TRIP to pick up what’s missing ... too many people working there and you’d think they could at least SEE WHATS BEEN FILLED AND MAKE SURE it’s all together .... And , when you go there , geez , you wait forever .... no one busts there butt to hurry to take care of you , in fact , they act like your not there .....

Prices are way to high, higher then any where else. Medications are outrageous. And they are NOT friendly.

Thank you SO MUCH to Tequila in Pharmacy who spent at least 20+ minutes today helping me out with my scripts and my insurance coverage change. She was extremely polite, helpful and offered everything she could to bring the cost of my meds down. I sincerely appreciate her and the extra time she put in for me today!! Thank you!!!

Pharmacy mgr, Rufus accurately and speedily always addresses my issues. My average time to wait for a Rx to get filled is around 20min.This is the regular time I learned to expect of them. Thanks Walgreen's and Rufus! D.D.
