My elderly mom has experienced nothing but a headache at this location. It's unreal, the treatment and response she receives from some of the staff members, with the exception of a former Rite Aid employee at this location. My mother prescription was moved from Rite Aid to Walgreens on Dauphin due to Rite Aid closing. Every single month, with the exception of last month(Hallelujah), they finally got it right!! It's been nothing but a nightmare. They will call my mom to pick up her prescription, but when she arrives, either they don't have the prescription filled or request her to come back, and or they do not give her the correct quantity. Very poor service. It's unfortunate that I can't get her to switch to the McGregor location. I have been a satisfied customer since 2007. My schedule is busy, but my next step is to writethe corporate office to get to the bottom of this ongoing problem. My mother does not deserve this. We treat peoplehow we love to be treatedKindness for starters. I do not want anyone to experience what my mother has experienced. Especially being an elderly customer.God bless! I am a normal customer and I had just left from there. Couldn’t even walk through the door the lady manager caught an attitude just seconds as I get in. She didn’t even know what I was coming in for. I was coming in for a prescription. And she blurted out she don’t have time for it. And I’m just trying to pick up my prescription y’all need a better management attitude just all nasty.

Great review, but the customer operational manager for Walgreens on 3151 Dauphin Street does not need to be the customer relations manager because he is exceptionally rude and threw a technical "hissy fit" today, simply because I inquired as to whether my medication had been filled ;and if it was okay for my son to pick it up on Wednesday, August 23,2023 since I reside in Monroeville , approximately 110 miles away. Then, Daniel Griffin had the audacity to call me after I reported him to the 800 customer service number for his unapologetic impertinent ,discourteous behavior, and he brazenly told me that he was marking the case resolved because my complaint inaccurately confusedaction at his pharmacy location with Monroeville's. I was really appalled that Daniel Griffin had the audacity to call me about my report. Besides being unprofessional , it was so unethical for Walgreens to allow the culprit to handle the case. This was nothing except blatant disregard for my feelings and "new age in your face" harassment by the perpetrator to let me know that he didn't give a FIG or cluck about Walgreens cooperate high standards for their customers. Just imagine someone being so confident in their bad behavior that they can tell you that they are marking the case resolved. The best metaphor for drawing a visual comparison would be the case of Walgreens having a conniving "super fox " watching the chicken house. You all have a bless day!!!wanting him to

I've always went to Walgreens I use their Pharmacy as well as shop for other in-store items they do provide the very best customer service and I appreciate how quick the process goes

This is probably one of the best Walgreens Pharmacy to use in Mobile. The pharmacist is always very informative and polite and the techs are just as friendly. They know me by name and always have my prescriptions ready as I walk to the register.

I can't say enough about how great the staff at this location is! There's 2 Walgreens closer to my location but I will always drive the extra miles to this Walgreens because they're worth it. They have the most adept pharmacy staff I've ever encountered.

The tech Bre is amazing. She went out of her way to help me on two different occasions. The pharmacist was very nice and educated me on the vaccine she gave me. I would recommend this pharmacy.
