I do not understand the drive through system and why the wait is so long. You will be in line for an hour… just starting with one car ahead of you. Then you get to the intercom 30 minutes in and they tell you they’ll be with you in just a moment and then take 15 minutes… if not longer. Then the time it takes to exchange information waiting to hear back from the inside, as if they aren’t even listening. Can we please get a better system or management? If something is going wrong inform the customer.

Currently on hold waiting for the Pharmacy: I have called the pharmacy 3 times to ask about my medication. The first time I was on hold for 10 minutes and then they hung up the phone. The second time I was on hold for 5 minutes and hung up on. I am now holding again for the 3rd time and getting furious.If you can’t come to the phone, simply pick it up and say you’re busy and it will be a minute. To hang up on people is flat out rude.

Very bad experienceI talked to technician and she told me you are prescription will be ready by one hour and I’ll just go over there to to pick up after four hours and still, they told me we don’t have in stock

Staff members are knowledgeable and extremely helpful. You are also able to get up to date vaccines. The store is extremely organized.

I will be transferring my RXs. I have been shopping weekly and getting RXs here for almost 2 years. My RXs were sent at 2pm. I get off work at 4pm. They still did not have them ready. Yes, I was frustrated. Nobody wants to get off work have to go home then go back. Blond girl said maybe be done in 1hr so I turned around frustrated but did not say a word to this girl and she LOUDLY stated that she would be making a list for customers like that! What?? It is 6:05pm and still not filled and I have not had my blood pressure meds yet.

I scheduled an appointment for my mom to have her shingles shot with the Walgreens app at this location. We show up to get the shot only to be told they were out. Now I understand supplies run out, however the way the employee with the rainbow colored hair so nonchalantly admitted they had not checked the scheduler in hours didn’t sit well with us. There needs to be a system set in place to update clients who take the time to make an appointment if these issues arise. It is also very unprofessional for the employees to react as if our time or appointment was insignificant. I won’t be returning to this Walgreens.

Pharmacy is super slow. Takes forever especially if you go through the drive thru. They have plenty of pharmacy employees so I don't understand why it takes so long.

Every time I go to this location Tracey is always very helpful and polite. Which is why I like this location. But there is a long line for the pharmacy drive through and seems to be slow. But I have experience that at other locations as well.
