Hello everyone- my name is Myra Bajwa and I am a patient and customer of the best Pharmacy Technician, Ms. Alexis Acosta, at this institution. She helped me with my insurance issues and transferring pharmacies so I can get my medications quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend all patrons to ask for Alexis Acosta to help assist you with all of your needs. She is truly caring for customers, extremely hardworking, and very passionate about she does! Excited to see her future endeavors and wish her nothing but the best!

1731 Walgreens On the corner of Springhill Ave Mobile AL was not a good experience for me! I was on the hair care product isle and I found a product on the shelf on sale for $1.89 25.7 oz Collagen Thicken Shampoo with the prices as marked! The Cashier checked the price for me and I was priced for that amount and I had her to walk over to the isle to show her she saw it in took the sale price off the product in call the manager and other just to say it was in the wrong place when it was 6 on sale! Do y’all know they refuse to give me the on sale product acting like it was the wrong product! But I’m posting this because it’s always a way to do your valuable customer! It was other people in the store saying wow they wrong for that! But just know that this store just lost another customer! They was wrong for that period! The only reason I gave one star it was for the nice customers in that store that witnessed the event in talked with me in the store! I posted a picture of the product! In it false advertising!

I love how the store always as the snacks I enjoy on sale at a affordable price. The sales associate Mary always makes my visit so pleasant she along with the other associates as well always greet you with a smile when you walk in the door. Mary is especially so kind and patient with the elderly customers.

Don't even waste your time here. Especially if you're getting pictures developed, they look at you like you asked about quantum physics. After 10 minutes of them looking for my pictures they finally realized their photo developer machine is broke down. Its literally sitting on the floor unplugged. Who hired the clerks working today? Its like the blind working with the blind.

Has the worst attitudes for customer service. They never smile. Their pharmacy employees need more training. My meds was called in to the Community Pharmacy of Walgreens on Springhill Ave. I went after work, 6pm. Asked to pick up my meds and was told, they are closed, come back tomorrow at 8:30am. Next day, at the Community Pharmacy andwas told, system down. But, you can go to the other pharmacy and get your meds transfered from us to them. The young lady should have known her job.
