Don't even waste your time here. Especially if you're getting pictures developed, they look at you like you asked about quantum physics. After 10 minutes of them looking for my pictures they finally realized their photo developer machine is broke down. Its literally sitting on the floor unplugged. Who hired the clerks working today? Its like the blind working with the blind.

Has the worst attitudes for customer service. They never smile. Their pharmacy employees need more training. My meds was called in to the Community Pharmacy of Walgreens on Springhill Ave. I went after work, 6pm. Asked to pick up my meds and was told, they are closed, come back tomorrow at 8:30am. Next day, at the Community Pharmacy andwas told, system down. But, you can go to the other pharmacy and get your meds transfered from us to them. The young lady should have known her job.

Pharmacy review: Dropped a prescription off no big deal. They said it'll take 25-30min. Received a notification that there is a delay because the insurance was out in wrong. I updated the insurance information online. Everything was processing. Waited 45min and then went inside to pick up the medicine. They said they needed to put the insurance information in again and had us step back out of the line. No biggie that way they can keep serving the customers. Got back in line for them to tell us they can't fill the prescription because they didn't know the relationship between my husband and our child. Starting to get annoyed because we have been waiting for a couple of hours now with a sick 8month old tagging along. Bring a book because you'll be waiting awhile.

I don’t use the pharmacy but more the store side so this review is more for that. I come in Freud early for a snack a drink or a stuffed animal. They always have what I’m looking for and are very polite. I never have to wait unnecessarily long to check out

Every time I go the pharmacy takes care of me and I’m able to walk out with my meds with in a few mins! Never any issues! I don’t know why there are several bad reviews but I can tell you that’s not my experience at all they are friendly and go the extra mile to make sure I’m takin care of same day!

Poorly staffed. The pharmacy tech can't keep his hands off his hair. He needs a hair cut, or a net. Not terribly hygienic for a pharmacy

The people working in pharmacy aren’t the nicest!!! Very impatient and not helpful at all!!! After many years of dealing with Walgreens I’ll be changing to another pharmacy

This Walgreens, 1731 Spring Hill Ave, is truly the worst. If there was a Zero Star option I’d pick it. They are slow, no sense of urgency, lines are excessively long in store and drivethru. They hardly answer the phone and if they do, it’s forever or they hang up. To top off the experience, they have unpleasant attitudes. Management needs to hire more techs.

Whenever I order my medications online and come in to pick up, they are never ready or somehow are unable to be found even though I have an email that says it's finished and ready to pick up. Wait lines are usually very long. Wait line on the phone are worse and after waiting 20 minutes, they may simply just pick up the phone and hang up. Not sure if management issue, employee issue, or just a general disregard for anything. Either way, pick a better, different pharmacy.

Literally the worst pharmacy out of all the Walgreens locations. I’d rather take my prescriptions to the 24 hour location than here. NEVER staffed which creates the worst wait times In town. Ridiculous! Especially being located in front of 2 hospitals. Literally waiting over 45 minutes in the drive through (because inside is closed), wasting my gas on top of a wasting my time

The pharmacy is HORRIBLE. My prescription was sent on the 27th of May, it's June 13th and I still haven't received my full prescription so I asked my doctor to send it to CVS... I will not deal with their pharmacy ever again, however the store itself is great!
