If I could give this location zero stars I would. Management and staff have horrible attitudes and do not follow their return policy as stated on the website. I was employed by Walgreens for 3 years and know the policy very well. Went to another location and they processed my return with no issues. Spend your money somewhere else.

THE worst pharmacy in town. I live close by and only use it when Midtown Pharmacy is closed and I need something for my child. ZERO sense of urgency, ZERO customer service, and I mean they don’t even look up from the counter to say hello bad. I’ve literally heard them joking about how they were delaying a prescription on purpose and that “they gunna wait until IM ready.
Their hours of operation… well evidently it’s optional. Multiple times they are supposed to be open but aren’t.
Save yourself the headache, go a dozen or so properties down to Midtown Pharmacy. They will take care of you properly.
I usually don’t write reviews, but I had time sitting in the parking lot waiting on them to open. It’s 10Am…. They were supposed to open at 9….🤦♂️

Usually walgreens is pretty good. This one is awful. The manager Glenda is a "see you next tuesday" just awful. I think maybe shes extra rude because shes huge so she thinks she can be. The other manager seems to be fully aware of her problem and cares to do nothing

Horrible place. I dropped off two prescriptions in the evening after a visit at the ER and they told me that both medications would be ready next morning at 11! The next morning they sent me a text saying that one was delayed and the other one out of stock. Making sick people waiting that long is despicable. When I went in to speak to the pharmacist she was very rude and careless so I picked up both my prescription papers and headed to my regular Walgreen’s. I will never use this location ever again.

This is the worst and rudest pharmacy that I've ever used. You'll be lucky if you can catch one of the drive thrusters open. If you call then ahead, they fill you with false promises. Everytime I leave there I'm completely stressed out..

First of all I come to this location everyday, everyone who works there is always extremely helpful and friendly. EXCEPT for Mike the manager, he is consistently rude and unprofessional. I’m not really sure how he earned the title of manager considering he has 0 customer service skills and generally looks unapproachable. He might become the reason I never come to this location again and that’s unfortunate for Walgreens as a whole, because I know I’m not the only one. Demote Mike ASAP and promote and employee to replace him and Walgreens can thrive.
