Only got one star because it’s all I could give. Wouldn’t let my mom use their bathroom. I didn’t buy anything for my trip. I’m getting tired of this city and their poor customer service since the bathrooms are out of order why are you operating in a pharmacy.

I would recommend using a different pharmacy. In my experience, the pharmacy staff are often rude, service is very slow, and customer service can feel inconsistent and selective. A pharmacy should provide friendly, professional, and timely care to every customer, and unfortunately that has not been my experience here.

I love my Walgreens at 3948 Airport Blvd in Mobile, Alabama. Their staff are always great. Today Joshua was the Representative at the front of the store , ALWAYS kind and helpful. I have also had Ms Pauline. I do not go anywhere else !!! Good job ya'll!!!!!!!
