Pharmacy has terrible customer service. My baby's prescription showed ready for pickup so I went to the drive through and they told me there it would be a 2hr wait. I couldn't wait with my two young babies so i came back the next morning. My prescription was still not ready. I was told it would be at least 30min wait...with two babies screaming- it was miserable. The attitude of pharmacy workers was unsatisfactory also. There was no issue with insurance either, it was just a pharmacy issue. This is one of several incidences. I use to love this pharmacy but it has really gone downhill.

No public restroom at Walgreens at Cottage Hill + Knollwood. I asked stock lady if i could use employees and she said they dont have one.Somethings wrong here

Would not recommend this pharmacy. I was given two prescriptions from the doctor and I went to the pharmacy to ask if they were ready. I was told that they will be ready later on that day so I left. Before I did leave I asked how much the prescriptions were and was told the total price. Somehow one of the two prescriptions magically disappeared with no explanation! The one medication that I was able to get they did not provide a measuring cup with it and it also is not enough to cover for a whole week barely three days even. I have been calling to speak to the pharmacy manager to hopefully get an explanation as to why one of my prescriptions got axed, but no one will answer. Two days I have been calling the pharmacy and no one has bothered to pick up and help me. I was told to call after 12 to speak to the pharmacy manager, but still no answer. Completely dissatisfied!!

This is an excellent pharmacy store. I'm glad I can get prescriptions here. They are efficient and have good helpful staff. After getting prescription you can shop for over the counter meds, food, drinks, cards, beauty supplies and oral care. Prices are good at this store.

The store itself is okay! The problem that I have is with the pharmacy. This pharmacy lacks all kinds of communication to its customers. I understand that pharmacies are busy but to drop an Rx off, be told that it would be ready and come back to find out that “it can’t be filled”… don’t you think reaching out to the customer and letting them know that it’s not ready or can’t be filled should be a priority? Also, these techs are something else- the attitudes are disgusting and all they do is give you the runaround instead of helping you. Do better, Walgreen’s Pharmacy. Period.

I have never seen a decent review of a Walgreens pharmacy in years. I can't help but think that there is a pharmacy out there that could rake in so much success if they moved here. The attitudes are horrible and it's at every single one of them. And there are various reasons for the lack of convivial treatment. Most of the people working at the pharmacy are just simply vituperative, unhappy individuals but I can't help but think that others are utterly racist.

Thank you to the employee jenifer who helped me at the photo department very professional, great customer service ….because no one else wanted to help me sadly … wanted to leave 1 star but only leaving 5 stars because of her . This was also my 4th Walgreens I went to today and was only able to get great service from her …

The pharmacy is very lazyMy wife had a very serious spine surgery ( C1-T1)so the dr call they said they had the medicationThey said they didn’t get the order pretty much they gave us the runaround I had the dr call them personally & the pharmacist said oh we just don’t have itSo you’re going to leave some that you know is in server pain give them the runaround because you don’t want to pick up the phoneThis garbage is why we quit using Walgreens over 20 years old over the same laziness

I went online and made an appointment for my son to get his COVID Vaccine Booster shot and the Flu Shot. The website said that location had appointments all the way to 8pm and stated you had to set an appointment in order to receive the shots. I set his appointment for 3:45pm. An email was sent with a form to be completed and brought with him. When my son and his grandfather got up there, the first issue they had was that Mary told them that my insurance didn’t cover the vaccine. Even though my son had already had his 1st and 2nd dose using the same insurance she was trying to say didn’t cover it. My son called me and said she told him to have me call the store to speak with her. While I was on hold for literally 10mins (even though again she told me to call her), my son calls me back and says never mind it went through. On the paperwork Walgreens provided, there was a place for your medical and prescription coverage. I provided both but apparently Mary only ran one of them. Why require the form be completed and brought to the appointment of all the information wasn’t going to be entreated.Then the second issue came when my son calls me back and says that after Mary ran the insurance and signed his vaccine card, she has them wait only to come back and say that they were out of both! I can see the flu shot because it was an add on to my COVID vaccine appointment but how can you be out of the booster @3:45pm when 1) your website states you have to schedule an appointment to even get the booster and 2) the pharmacy doesn’t close until 8pm and the website had available appointments through 8pm. If you are making people schedule appointments you should have as many appointments available as shots. Why have people go through the trouble of signing up just to get to the store and be turned away.On top of all of this My son said she was very rude towards them the entire time and then I called back to the store just to see when they would have a new shipment in Mary was the one to answer and was very rude over the phone. My son’s grandmother also had a bad experience when she went to this location to get her booster as well and I should have listened to her and not went there. But I thought maybe the person she dealt with was just having a bad day. But nope judging from my son’s experience and the many bad reviews on here about the Pharmacy it’s not just “a bad day”. Something should be done. There are too many reviews all saying the same thing and the Pharmacy staff.

I really felt humiliated, today by an employee of the pharmacy, she got angry because the two people with whom she was going to get the covic vaccine, did not understand her and also did not want to check me in to vaccinate, she yelled at us and with a very bad attitude, he told us that their ID did not work for them. i have been a wallgreens customer for many years and this is the first time it has happened to be so embarrassing. she made us feel discriminated against today.

The pharmacist, Feras, refused to give me my second dose of the Covid-19 vaccine, even when I showed him an email confirmation of my scheduled appointment. He stated that it wasn’t showing up on his end and that they do not accept walk-ins.My first dose was also done at Walgreens, so I was confused as to why my second dose was so problematic. Judging by the exasperated sigh that Feras let out when I showed up to the counter, I would have to assume it was out of laziness.I drove to the next nearest Walgreens, and they happily gave me my second dose.
