I only continue using this pharmacy because my daughter’s insurance isn’t accepted at many others. The amount of time I have spent in line waiting on prescriptions is absolutely absurd. This place needs to be ran better.

Sadly, this store is indicative of the vicinity it's located. The pharmacy staff is great via telephone, but very slow in person. After a year with this store, prescriptions have been lost, missing, or sent to other stores. Despite not feeing safe on the outside, the store is clean and organized. The staff is friendly, but again the pharmaceutical service needs an overhaul.

There is always a line, no sense of urgency when the line is a mile long, than when they say they have enough of your prescription, you go to pick it up and they say oh I'm sorry we don't but try back tomorrow

They are too busy to have any willingness to help you. They shrug off responsibility and refuse to fill prescriptions because of how busy they are.They won't give you the branded medication even when they have it in stock. They are too busy to be able to care that you don't have financial access to this medication except for the brand name.Do not go to this Walgreens Pharmacy; they are far too busy and overloaded to be helpful.I gave them two stars because once upon a time, I had a great experience there.

Clean store, helpful staff, efficient pharmacy with drive-through window. Enjoyable shopping with good parking and clean restroom. They have a whole aisle of seasonal items and some cold grocery.Another service is the photo center where you can bring in any source of your photos like on your cell phone or with an account, uploaded by your computer, and have them printed in the store or order merchandise for photo display.

I'd like to take a minute and get a huge shout out to this Walgreens location every single person that works there from the pharmacy department to the main. Walgreens department was absolutely amazing accommodating polite, extremely helpful. I was in a bind with the prescription situation the head pharmacist was so beautiful and amazing beautiful person, the other pharmacist and pharmacist text were also extremely polite and helpful and understanding. Due to the system of nature of my type of prescription needs it's somewhat can be viewed as it has in the past when I've been in a pinch and need to go to a pharmacist I don't use regularly, it's not looked at in a way that is combating that has a lot to do with society and taboo and peoples misunderstanding of things. But there was none of that there. If anything they went above me on help me make sure I got what I need. I greatly appreciate it then on the main Walgreens floor all of the folks were great from the Hallmark lady that was there working on behalf of Hallmark and stocking cards. She was so amazing a beautiful Little thing just cutest can be so helpful and out of her way to help me with what I needed and she didn't even necessarily work for Walgreens. To the cashier who I've dealt with a few times and she is always such a lovely person. To RJ working out on the floor Getting everything done right stocking things helping me with getting into the restroom. Just a super cool, nice polite guy. This guy is a manager he definitely needs to be looked at one for potential and definitely get MRA get all these people raise. Everybody needs to be paid more. They all go above and beyond they're working for this giant corporation, they all need to get a raise because you want to keep your people when you have good people and shoppers appreciate that sort of thing and definitely get these folks some more money. They deserve it. Thanks again everyone have a beautiful day and definitely come to Walgreens if you're in the area and are inof their services.

Absolutely horrible customer service, it appears the staff thinks it’s a privilege to wait for almost an hour on hold & still NEVER speak to a real person. I finally drove up to the pharmacy to physically ask for them to pls refill my scripts. After 1 HOUR of standing directly in front of two pharmacy staff members that never even acknowledged me, I left. Changing over scripts tomorrow. WALGREEN, you’re not the only pharmacy & honestly to treat paying customers in such a manner makes me question if they were trained to ignore their (past) paying customers

They had what I needed but there was a long line of people that took a hot minute. My kid got to talk to friends she hadn’t seen for a while so it was allgood.
